The staff of HTOF was amazing! First, let me tell you about Jose, your client point person at this clinic. My family and I were heading into FL from MN in a RV. Jose was answering my texts within minutes every day including weekends! We arrived late the night before and parked the RV trailer still attached to the towing vehicle very early morning before the procedure in the clinic parking lot. Jose thought that would be ok if a parked there but out of the main parking area. I left my wife and daughter in the RV asleep when it was time to prep for surgery, and went to the clinic to find the team prepared, ready, and waiting for me. A few hours into the procedure, someone in the office park didn't like the RV travel trailer in the parking lot and called the police. My wife has never driven the RV and didn't know how to deal with the police visit and request to move the RV to another place. Jose found out about this and while he had also never driven a towed travel trailer he personally jumped into my towing vehicle and moved the whole travel tailer and towing vehicle (with the help of the friendly police officer) to the other side of the parking lot. Since I was deep into the procedure, the team took care of this crisis and decided to not even concern me with the whole situation until the lunch break and the whole crisis was averted. Amazing personal care--way above and beyond. THEN, the next day I was an absent minded idiot and bumped my head in the recipient area a day after the surgery and was bleeding pretty bad, I texted Jose and he advised me to come back in ASAP. I did the following day and they cleaned me up and replaced the 4 grafts I has dislodged when I hit my head. Simply excellent. Last, the two techs who did the follicle separation and graft implants were spectacular! Its been two months since the FUE and I don't really have the cosmetic results of the transplant yet, but I cant say enough bout the customer service and this clinic!

This was my second surgery with Dr. Botta, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. I was honestly so happy with how my first procedure turned out that I found myself thanking Dr. Botta right in the middle of my second surgery! He’s been doing hair restoration for over two decades, and it really shows. He looked at my head and immediately had a clear plan. We went over everything together, and he made sure to give me as many grafts as possible. On top of that, his prices are much more affordable compared to other doctors. Thankfully, this was my last surgery, and I don’t think I’ll need any more, but if I did, I’d choose him again without hesitation. I’ve already recommended him to a few friends. His team is just as amazing. The surgical technicians were with me every step of the way, always calm and clear about what they were doing, which helped me feel calm too. And then there’s José, the go-to guy who makes sure everything goes smoothly before, during, and after the surgery. You can tell how much he cares—he lights up when the procedure is successful. He’s incredibly responsive too; I could always count on him to answer any questions within 30 minutes, and he kept his word every time. He was my point of contact right from the beginning and was there for me throughout the entire process. Overall, I’d give them a 5/5. Hair restoration is a big decision—it’s expensive and a lifelong investment—but I felt like I was in the best hands. If I ever had to do it again (which I hope I don’t!), I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I am a a very busy physician,so having a hair transplant on a Saturday was amazing. I was able to work all day Friday ,fly out Friday night and have the procedure on Saturday. I will be leaving tomorrow and ready for work on Monday. Jose answered all my questions during the day or night. I paid for 3800 graphs, but was given a total of 4000.Dr. Botta was extremely educated in hair transplant. After doing my research, I realized I was about to pay the same price for 1200 grafts versus 3800 grafts. Wow . What a difference. Do you research. Do you research. Do you research. You will find that Hair Transplant Florida will give you the best bang for your buck.

I have been experiencing gradual hair loss since I was 21 with it becoming more noticeable than ever. After researching and weighing my options I decided to go ahead with seeking hair transplant surgery to slow down or solve my receding hairline. Consultations with multiple doctors in the SoCal area I was unhappy with their approach to educating me on the reasons for hair loss and what I should expect before, during, and after the surgery. I decided to look out of state and found the good people at Hair Transplants of Florida (by chance) where Jose walked me through the process for both FUE and FUT methods of transplanting hair. From start to finish I was taken care of, had all my questions answered, and presented alternatives if they were available. Jose was amazing throughout not to mention Dr. Botta and his team who may I add had a great of sense of humor. It should be noted that It cost me half as much as it would have if I were to have gotten the procedure done in SoCal. While the cost is always a consideration I cannot stress how friendly everyone there was which was ultimately the deciding factor. If I'm going to allow someone to perform surgery on me, I need to trust them. My hair is looking better than ever 17 months later and I am considering going back to have the procedure done on my crown to effectively remove any remaining significant sign of hair loss.

My hair transplant was performed last year 7/30/2021. My overall experience was great. My consultation was very pleasant, the coordinator was very personal. Jose, answered all my questions and was very informative. The day of the surgery went very well. The staff and the physician made be feel relaxed and comfortable. Jose the coordinator frequently checked up on me during my post op experience. I had concerns about swelling and he addressed my concerns and let me know that it was normal. I would definitely recommend hair transplants of Florida.
