I stopped buying hair years ago after Hairvisions sold out to the Chinese. Since then this company has been horrible! 03/16/2023, I did purchase a 4 OZ can Of Liquid Vinyl for 14.00. My salon is Located in Ga. Ground shipping around $9.00 or $10.00. Communist Hair visions charged my Card $45.46 for ground shipping. Hair visions has turned criminal.. There hair pieces are the worst and most expensive in the World! If your a patriot and A good American, You will stop all sales to this communist Business…Think about it! Sincerely, Jentis studios

While it is true that our company was acquired by a foreign corporate parent in 2009, we remain independently self-managed by the same American management team and staff based in Florida with the same values since 1975. Our hair manufacturing has also continued at the same factories for over 25 years and our prices remain competitive with other American distributors. Relative to your complaint specifically, although we agree that shipping charges are higher than they have been in the past, shipping charges are beyond our control as we are not a shipping company. Your statement about shipping charges for a product labeled hazardous material should be $9-$10 is not accurate based on the specific material and your location. It’s standard practice for shipping companies to include additional charges due to your remote zip code and delivery to a residential address. Lastly, although everyone is entitled to their opinion, defamatory and unquantified statements about our company is uncalled for. We take pride in the quality of our products and services, and we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
