Don’t even look into this hair club, there are better and cheaper options around. Got the treatment for a year and at the end there was no new hair. I understand that I was not able to get 100% of my hair back but the push and promise of getting at least 30-40% even 50% back was there. The worst came in when I missed a few appointments (family matters)they didn’t even call me to check. I was the one calling and letting them know that I missed the appointment. I was pretty much scheduling my own appointments. But before my last appointment they were trying to get me to buy a hair cap, heating cap or whatever it was, which I didn’t get(it was in the thousands as well). After I paid my dues. (which was in the thousands) my contract expired in April 2025. I miss my last appointment (this time on purpose) same, no contact from the Hair Club. To this date, I haven’t heard from them. Probably they were happy that I didn’t showed up for my last appointment because they knew that I was not going to get any hair at all. Now, I’ve been on a cheaper and BETTER treatment and I have gotten compliments on my hair.(Yes, exactly, its been just a few months)They can see and I can see a difference. Never got a compliment when I was on the “Hair club” treatment, instead they were making fun of me spending all that money and nothing happened! Don’t fall for the lies of this club!

The staff ordered the food from a neighboring restaurant, but she didn’t show up to pay and pick up the food. When we told her coworker to reminder her, she still didn’t show up and she didn’t even give us any explanation at all. It was unbelievably selfish that the staff who worked there did this to the neighbors. Just thinking if other person did the same thing to your business how would you feel?
