I was a member for almost 8 years. It was like being trapped in a terrible marriage. Lies from the very beginning to get you to sign the contract. Being gaslit. Lying by omission is still lying. The styles were all so kind and supportive but each had their own conflict with working for a company that is truly about $$ and not the customer. Covid was literally hell. Being a woman with the top of your head shaved for months on end. It took almost 2 years to finally receive all the hair I mandatorily paid for each month. Some hair pieces were amazing and some were down right awful, wrong color or fell apart with no compensation and more gaslighting. Finally they got a great manager after several over the years however, I was more than done and found a much better company!
