My father canceled his membership in person and in writing and they continue to charge his credit card. You are taking advantage of the elderly! Please don't do business with this company. The response from the company is to call them. I tried 3 times with no call back. After the holidays, I am filling a small claims case with Superior Court.

I went to Hairclub for hair extensions, I reached out to Jamie through Facebook. She was very professional and helpful. We make a consultation. She really listened what I wanted and provided all the information I needed. I met Samantha, also very professional and she matched up my hair color perfectly. She did an amazing job. I had IBE hair extensions done at the hair club… And I cannot express how amazing the staff and service was!!!! I had an initial consultation with Jaimie and she was amazing! I felt so comfortable, especially since she herself had the extensions. The entire service from taking out my old extensions to putting in the new ones was top-notch… Would recommend to anyone

Thank you to Jamie and Sam for making me feel normal again. After covid I lost 80-90 percent of my hair. Jamie talked to me about trying IBE while waiting for my hair to grow back in. I came in with Samantha and she did a wonderful job making me look and feel like my old self.
