Just had an appointment on Saturday, the staff was very nice in the beginning. The woman doing my consultation was very informative and went over the treatment plan I would have if i signed up. She was complimenting my curly hair, was very understanding when i talked about my problems with it thinning, then we got to the price of it, I told her that I would like to go home and think about it because it's very expensive. She kept trying to rope me back in with different payment plan options. I told her that I would still like to go home and think about it first. She became very cold. Like, she had no interest in talking to me unless I was ready to pay immediately. She was also supposed to email me something by the end of the day and never did. She said the guy at the front desk could print out an estimate of the 12 month treatment plan and the different laser caps for me. When me and my fiance went back to the front desk, the guy asked if I was ready to book my first treatment. I said no, and told him what the woman wanted me to take home. The vibe was off the second i said no. He printed them out, handed them to me and said "have a good day". Usually businesses will say something like, "call us if you have any questions or concerns" or "take your time, we know it's a big decision", but I didn't get any of that. Just grown adults pouting because they didn't get what they want. Their attitudes alone assured me that I made the right decision not signing up right away. Well that, and looking them up on the BBB told me everything I needed to know about them.
