Absolutely horrible! I asked for a brown full wig they gave me a pink wig, with no extra adhesive i asked for. (This is the 5th time they have done this). I have only gotten 2-3 decent (wearable) wigs from them. They are also very rude and have my number memorized so they wont answer when i call them because they know they messed up my wig AGAIN!!! I highly suggest looking for other options as i am now.

Hi the service is very good Mariela is one of the best in there but I have a big problem with the hair system, the quality was good before but now is not so good. On june 27 I received a new hair and two day after I start to wash my hair and I found too mush hair in the floor of the shower on july 2 I wet to the saloon and then I received an other one today july 10 I have the same problem my hair is falling down too much on the shower I don't know what to do thank you Herman
