Extremely Disappointing Experience with Hair Club - Virginia Beach I am writing to share my very negative experience with the Hair Club in Virginia Beach. I purchased the Xtrallux Turbo Pro 316 laser device on March 1, 2025. My initial concern was that the device cap was significantly too large, making it ineffective and difficult to use. Despite initial assurances from a franchise manager that the issue would be resolved, follow-up communication provided no help. My disappointment has grown due to the discovery of a major price discrepancy. I paid $2,099.30 (net) for the device, while it is now being sold on the Xtrallux website for $1,299 – a difference of over $800. This price difference, occurring in the same month as my purchase, feels like a deceptive business practice. Adding to my frustration, my receipt did not mention any "No Refund/No Return" policy, and this policy was never disclosed to me in person. This lack of transparency is concerning, especially since the Hair Club website advertises a "satisfaction guarantee.” I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with Hair Club, but have been met with unsatisfactory responses. I am now pursuing a full refund. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and thoroughly investigate before making a purchase from this company.

I get many compliments from people about the color of my salt and pepper hair.
