Very bad experience. Lady called Michelle did a virtual consultation and said package includes all products and was in a hurry to get the contract signed. On my first appointment I got to know styling products and laser cap was not included. Once i went for an appointment and there was no stylust available to do my hair. Is this a joke that I drive for 45 minutes and no stylist available? Over priced at $3500 and only 5 products included in bare minimum quantity which lasts for only 2 weeks. I feel cheated and have stopped going for my appointments. Complained to the leadership team and there is no action take. Leadership team gives me a phone number 800705 Hair to call, when I call them they say our manager will call you back soon. Now, i have been waiting for almost a month for the soon.
