This place will convince you that nothing except their products is the way to go. This is not the case. HairClub is a scam and everybody I know who has seen them would agree, they rob you for money.

I am not a Bot, I am very upset with my entire experience. Immediately it feels like a car dealership for hair. High pressure and will not let you leave without a deal. After using my terrible negotiation skills, my wedding approaching, and hair falling out from alopecia areata, I got them from $5,000 to $4,200 for a hair piece, but get full inclusion to services such as maintenance for free. My "Hair Specialist" expected a tip when I went to get it "maintenanced" which was shampooing and conditioning my hair and then attempting to sell me the products used in the process. I then went back for a new hair piece as I fully committed at this point and shaved the top of my head, and the other piece falling apart. They gave me a blonde hairpiece for my dark brown hair and continued to dye it brown 3 separate times after I asked for alternate solutions and waited over 3 hours. The "Manager" than asked me about my experience as I explained it was not well he had the audacity to ask me to waste more of my time and fill out a survey sheet of my experience and handed me an envelope to tip. I gave a $20 tip on top of my $4,200 loan, and as I walked by the "Hair Specialist's" room heard her speaking spanish to the "Manager" saying "Pinche!". This word means Ugly & Cheap. I asked for a new "Hair Specialist" and received low quality hair pieces and extra charges for goods and services used such as their special shampoo and conditioner. I went through all of this in 2019 and am now allowed to talk about this publicly as it has been settled. My goal is for noone to go through the experience I did, please look for alternatives, I go to a local hair salon now and only paying $300 for the wig, treatment, maintenance including tips. Sincerely, Patrick
