Don’t waste your money on Hairclub treatment. If you’re struggling with hair loss just go for hair transplant which is done by Bosley. Hairclub won’t do any hair transplant procedures. It’s all scam selling non surgical treatments it’s all bullshit they will give you minoxidil which you can get it in any medical stores.

I'm not satisfied with their service. They do not tell you the exact details. First I wanted to have a frontal hair piece near my forehead and I told them I'm using minoxidil and even they gave me a laser cap (they charged it for the laser cap) at my initial visit. But when I went for the appointment they had a full hair piece covering my whole scalp (then why did they give me a laser cap in the first place?). I did not tell them to do that and instantly they suggested I can go for the Xtrands method. I trusted them and went for the Xtrands method. Even after paying close to $1700 my hair looks almost the same. No improvement in my hair for the amount that I paid for them. I got my money wasted. Do not recommend this place at all!!! This place is a scam!

Not really sure at this point becauseAi taking over…… Trying to get an answer now like that was videos so anybody is looking at this more than later you might wanna look at this now it’s all bullshit. There’s no magic pill.

I have been going here for 8 years now and I love it. Every appointment I leave more than satisfied with my hair. All of the staff is so kind and helpful. I have had many different hair stylists throughout the years and have had no complaints! Melissa is my current hairstylist and she does an amazing job and we always have fun talking and laughing throughout my whole appointment! 12/10 recommendation!! 🤍

I’ve been a riding this crazy Hair circus for almost 25 years, and Melissa in the Twin Cities center has been with me for over half of that! I originally became a client “against my will” when an old employer made it an unwritten job requirement, so it’s certainly been a wild ride, but it’s proven a successful one and Melissa has been a HUGE part of that! Her commitment, professionalism, talent, personality, and leadership skills are more than apparent in the center and have all certainly blossomed over the years … but after seeing her nearly weekly for over a decade, she’s become part of my extended family and has truly become a friend. So perhaps I’m a bit biased when I say that Melissa is honestly one of the “Greats”! That rare combination of both “artist” AND “technician” as a master beautician/barber and a damn fine and intelligent/funny/clever conversationalist and defacto “therapist” … all the things you want in a weekly visit to your wig lady bestie! I’ve always said - once Melissa retires, the razor comes out!
