I went to Hair Club because I had lost a lot of my hair. Went I met Nick he was the most convincing person I ever met and reassured me that I was a good candidate for the treatment. I paid $7000 dollars and had the treatment for two years. At the end of the treatment I had no results and I asked Nick went should I expect I hair to grow back and his answer was “ I wish I have a magic ball”.

I signed up here back in September on a whim in the spur of the moment, I was mainly looking to get a hair transplant down. The products are fine, tho they are pricey when you can purchase something in your own else where but the program is ok. I’m more upset towards the staff that I’ve encountered/business, I travel a lot & work from home & usually do everything at night to avoid traffic. Last time I came here I picked up 3months in advanced so I paid & didn’t pickup due to being away in NY so much. Today I finally had some time to pick up new solution (which I am again 2-3months due for) & I checked hours of operations online & it says it closed @5pm Friday, I leave my home & arrive there at 4:30pm (traffic) & the doors are closed, so what time do yall really close?? But if annoyance as I just wasted an 1hr of my time & now have to travel back into traffic out of Warwick. Same thing happened 3+ months ago when I called and told them I’m coming now & was 15min away & id arrive there at 4:58pm & the woman on phone said I would be too late & turned me away. I even tried to cancel after that 1st experience as I ended up getting a transplant in New Jersey while away & couldn’t put any products for 2-3 months any way but ended up staying for after care. Now I will try to make time next week to come even tho I do t have any more minoxidil to last the weekend & when I do make it next week I hope I can just get the remainder if the year given to me up front since I already paid, would be better for me rather than having to keep coming back every month it is a hassle for someone like me since I work for myself & plan my own schedule or am away etc & not have to come back & call for a salon appt of I want it which I mostly don’t need too. Also looking to complete some kind of follow up appt with the microscope since my hair has been growing in nicely due to the hair transplant I got from a different company. 👍🏻 (Posted review from parking lot @4:50pm)

The stylist are always so pleasant. They are honest about what kind of cuts they are comfortable performing and the staff takes great care of you. I saw return of my hair in just under two months. I became a little non-compliant and saw my hair thinning again - you definitely need to keep up with the routine to maintain results but the team makes it easy.

I am delighted with my results. I belong to Hair Club in Warwick, RI. Sandra D. is incredibly talented, and listened attentively to my requests. She is very knowledgeable and cuts my hair the way I ask and communicates with me throughout the haircut to make sure I will be happy with it. She's really nice and does a great job! I gave her a description of how I wanted my hair to look, and she did way better than I expected. I felt like a completely new man after walking out, and way more confident. Confidence is very important to me. I was bald and wearing hats all the time. Now I feel confident and free. Sandra makes my hair look completely natural. I’ve seen some obvious hair systems. She makes my hair look completely undetectable. I love it. Everyone is so nice at hair club. I feel most businesses these days have lost that personal touch, but not hair club. Hair Club makes me feel exclusive, and like I’m keeping a dirty little secret that no one knows about, and that makes me feel special. I’ve seen other clients of Sandra and I think to myself, “Nah, that can’t be a hair system, it looks way to real.” It’s amazing. I can see tiny bits of scalp underneath and it looks so real. I like the manager Donna is very professional and respectable as well. She’s very charming. I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. I mean, if you’re thinking about taking that step, do it.
