Cuando llame para tomar una cita fueron muy amables incluso estuvieron pendientes de mi visita. Cuando llegue a la cita en primer lugar en recepción no había nadie tuve que llamar en voz alta para que alguien me atendiera cuando vino una mujer no me atendió correctamente incluso tuve que decirle que me explicara acerca del parqueadero. Mi cita era a las 12 del mediodía me atendieron 20 minutos más tarde cuando me llamaron para una especie de oficina para que me atienda otra persona mi sorpresa fue que la cita fue virtual creo que para algo que tiene que ver con el cabello debería ser personal. Me atendió una mujer que dijo que era consultora me comentó acerca de las posibilidades que tenía para solucionar mi necesidad incluso me habló de los precios aproximados. Además me dijo que hablaría con el doctor para que me diera un valor exacto le pedí que me enviara todos los costos a mi correo electrónico han pasado 7 días y aún no tengo noticias. Solo puedo decir algo he recibido un mal servicio por lo que ma hace pensar que el tratamiento debe ser igual. No recomiendo visitar este sitio es una pérdida de tiempo tomando en cuenta las dos 6 horas que me tomo todo el proceso.

I had to call out for someone to help me. When a woman came, she didn't help me properly. I even had to ask her to explain the parking situation. My appointment was at 12 noon. They saw me 20 minutes later. When they called me to some kind of office to see someone else, I was surprised that the appointment was virtual. I think for something related to hair, it should be in person. A woman who said she was a consultant helped me. She told me about the options available to solve my needs and even gave me approximate prices. She also told me she would speak with the doctor to get an exact price. I asked her to send me all the costs to my email. It's been 7 days and I still haven't heard anything. All I can say is, I received poor service, which makes me think the treatment should be the same. I do not recommend visiting this site, it is a waste of time considering the two 6 hours that the whole process took me.
