Life changing results. I couldn’t be happier with my results from Hairline Design in Dubai. Ryan is a true artist, meticulous, patient, and undoubtedly the best in the city. He took his time and made sure every detail was perfect. Richard managed all the coordination seamlessly, making the entire process smooth and he also makes a great coffee!. The clinic was exceptionally clean, with a setup and equipment that reflected the highest standards. Cleanliness was truly 10/10. Some pointers: They’re appointment based because they’re so busy so you must respect that. If you’re 50/50 have a consultation first because it’s a long term commitment. Ryan and Richard know there stuff. SMP is a journey, and it’s normal to feel unsure after the first session. Don’t get cold feet. Trust the process and follow through. Good things aren’t built overnight, and the final result is absolutely worth it. A sincere thank you to Ryan and Richard. Gaming Changing!

My experience at this clinic today was unfortunately negative. As a referral from one of Rayan's previous clients, I had expected a certain level of service. However, Rayan was apparently too busy to conduct the consultation himself. I was seen by his assistant who quoted 12,000 dirhams for the front and back scalp pigmentation . This was not the experience I was hoping for, and I left feeling disappointed
Hi Nader this is Ryan speaking. Firstly we’re very sad to hear of this. As we are an appointment based run business, to have a consultation with myself we would require you to book before making it into the studio. As you just walked in without an appointment I was unfortunately busy working on a client so l could not attend to the consultation. My assistant Richard kindly gave you all the information and pricing for the type of SMP treatment you were looking for. He quoted you the price for the treatment which is 12,000 AED for the full scalp and hair transplant scarring cover up. I always pride myself on clients having the best and most personable experience possible when they walk through the door. We are sorry that our pricing didn’t match your expectations, I must say however, that I don’t think this should result in a low score review, Richard conducted himself professionally and with utmost respect to yourself. We were both very shocked to see you posted this review simply due to the fact you thought the cost was too high. Respectfully this is not a reason to post a bad review, especially when you have not used our services. If you would like to have a consultation with myself please feel free to book in at a suitable time and I can go over the treatment details and explain why the cost would be as Richard quoted to help you understand better why we price treatments differently depending on the area you would like treated.
