Wow! 6 months ago I was experiencing hair loss I was desperate to find the reason why and to stop it! I was on my holiday in Cyprus when I started googling where I could get help, this is when I called Cheryl and from the first call she put my mind at rest, she reassured me she could help me. I booked to see her on my return. Meeting Cheryl she was the nicest lady, she gave me the reassurance I needed. She literally knows everything you could know about hair loss, I felt so confident with her knowledge. Her saloon in Bentley Road is also amazing! I felt so comfortable there I could tell her anything she’s so lovely. She organised a 6 month treatment, which was a massive success, I have hair now even where I had brain surgery 6 years ago, and my hair loss due to stress and menopause had come back!!! Found Cheryl when I was at my most desperate with trying to control my hair loss and itchy scalp issues. After two visits I can see a marked improvement and now feel that I have somewhere to go with this devastating life change. Cheryl is lovely, empathic and knowledgable. I have been experiencing severe hair loss for the past 4 months which has been so traumatic. After being fobbed off by the GP, my hairdresser recommended I see a trichologist. After a quick google search, I found Cheryl. After reading a few reviews, I just knew Cheryl was the person who could help me - I felt an instant sense of calm in the chaos of stress I was going through. I had my initial consultation this morning and Cheryl was AMAZING. As soon as I saw her, I knew I was going to be ok. Cheryl took so much time going through my medical history, diet, stresses. Then she showed me my hair through the camera and microscope, explaining every single detail, different colours of the follicles etc providing answers that I was searching for - and that is half the battle…not knowing why the hair loss was happening. I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone suffering hair loss and/or scalp issues - Cheryl is passionate about her job, is extremely knowledgeable and well respected in her profession. Most importantly, she really cares about all her clients. I can assure you, I cried so much out of relief in the care and compassion Cheryl gave me. She really is an angel to all of us who are suffering such a horrible thing.
