J’ai réalisé une greffe de cheveux à la clinique hairtimeIstanbul de Rotterdam il y a 6 mois, et je suis déjà très satisfait du résultat. La prise en charge a été excellente du début à la fin. J’ai été accompagné par Rachid, une personne vraiment sympathique, accueillante, à l’écoute et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions. L’équipe est sérieuse, professionnelle et très rassurante. Il y a une vraie présence médicale, ce qui renforce le sentiment de sécurité. Les soins sont de qualité, le tout à un tarif très abordable, bien inférieur à ceux pratiqués en France, sans compromis sur le sérieux ni la sécurité. Les explications concernant le suivi post-greffe sont claires et précises, ce qui permet de vivre tout le processus en toute sérénité. Je recommande cette clinique à toute personne souhaitant faire une greffe capillaire dans de bonnes conditions.

Après mon intervention avec 1 Mois de recul, voici mon avis : très bonne clinique, propre et sérieuse. Tout le personnel est serviable et très polie. Ils vous mettent en confiance malgré la barrière de la langue ( je ne parle pas anglais, ni hollandais ). Une mention très bien et spécial pour Rachid Rahaoui avec qui je communique en Français ( il communique en 6 langues ) et qui me suit de bout en bout durant cette greffe. Le jour de l'intervention, il était là pour me suivre, interprété avec les docteurs et le personnels. Il ce rend toujours disponible et répond à la moindre question et doute que vous pouvez avoir. Il vous met en confiance et vous rassure sur tout le processuse de votre greffe que ce soit avant et après votre greffe. N'hésitez pas à vous attaché ses services, vous ne serez pas déçu du tout 😉.

They give you confidence despite the language barrier (I don't speak English or Dutch). The day of the operation, he was there to follow me, interpreted with the doctors and staff. He always makes himself available and answers any questions or doubts you may have. De behandeling bij Hairtime was geweldig! Als vrouw was ik eerst wat terughoudend, maar het team maakte me meteen op mijn gemak. Ze waren ontzettend professioneel en luisterden echt naar mijn wensen.
