Végtelenül negatív a tapasztalatom. A honlapon jelentkeztem az ingyenes konzultációra. 6 nap múlva fel is hívtak, 2 héttel későbbre kaptam időpontot. Erről kaptam is egy visszaigazoló e-mailt, amiben az időpontnál mindenhol 0 szerepelt. Fel is hívtam újra a megadott telefonszámot, hogy bizonyára rosszul küldték az e-mailt, de ennek ellenére remélem az időpontom érvényes. Sajnos az ügyfélszolgálatot többet nem tudtam elérni, az üzenetrögzítő mindannyiszor közölte, hogy hívásom rögzítették, másnap visszahívnak. Ez sajnos nem történt meg. Mivel komolyan gondoltam, hogy hajbeültetést szeretnék, elmentem a megadott időpontra. Pestről Budára csúcsidőben, több mint 1 óra autózással oda is értem. Az épület teljesen sötét volt. Csengettem, újra és újra. Ismét próbálkoztam a telefonálással, eredmény nélkül. (Visszahívást azóta sem kaptam.) Mélységesen felháborítónak tartom, hogy egy komoly szolgáltatást nyújtó vállalkozás ilyen módon játszon az ember idejével, idegeivel. Nem kevés pénzt készül az ember ott hagyni, igazi segítséget remélve. 2 és fél óra autózás a csúcsforgalomban, azért, hogy be se jussak. Természetesen bármi történhet, de egy telefonhívással, e-maillel, sms-sel bármikor jelezhették volna. Felháborító.

I called the given phone number again to see that the e-mail must have been sent incorrectly, but nevertheless I hope my appointment is valid. Unfortunately, I could no longer reach the customer service, the answering machine said every time that my call had been recorded and that they would call me back the next day. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Since I was serious about wanting a hair transplant, I went to the appointment. I got there from Pest to Buda in peak time, more than 1 hour by car. The building was completely dark. I rang, over and over. I tried calling again, without success. (I haven't received a call back since then.) I find it deeply outrageous that a company providing a serious service plays with people's time and nerves in this way. People are prepared to leave a lot of money there, hoping for real help. 2 and a half hours of driving in rush hour traffic, so that I could not get in. Of course, anything can happen, but they could have notified you at any time with a phone call, e-mail, or text message. Outrageous.
