My hair was thinning at the front, and my hairline had started to recede more than I was comfortable with. I could clearly see my scalp showing through. I decided to visit this clinic, and I’m glad I did. The consultation didn’t feel rushed at all. The team took the time to explain everything thoroughly and put together a plan that suited me. I’m pleased with the results so far.

Update one year later- Unfortunately the hair transplant was unsuccessful. My thickness is probably worse than before and it was a waste of time. I was told that sometimes this happens (grafts don’t take despite following all procedures) and was offered another top-up for £500 but I dont think I will be able to proceed. I was also promised £100 in compensation for my PRP injection that was moved and thus unable to attend, but despite several attempts to process my refund it never happened. They seemed good people and others had positive experiences but the very poor results (which may not be their fault) and also the non- existent refund a year later made me unfortunately have to mark them down. I hope others’ experiences are different! Initial review straight after transplant- Kevin, Dr Kalra and the team provided a superb service from the start to end. Unfortunately due to illness at the centre we had to postpone a few times but he kept me updated and was open and honest about the situation. Eventually we managed to get my surgery booked in and my experience on the day was outstanding. Dr Kalra was personal, professional and thorough in preparing me for the day explaining each stage. He and his staff were warm and made the procedure very comfortable and efficient. Im still waiting to see the full results but there was minimal discomfort during and post- procedure and he informed me of the exact recovery process. After hearing people’s experiences at other clinics I feel very fortunate to have found them! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and it was all at a very reasonable price too.

I can also confirm that Kevin is fradulent person who takes the money (£1800) and never even send you a confirmation for the procedure. I advice please do not choose this clinic at all..its all fraud.

Had my hair transplant done 2 days ago at the Bury clinic with Dr Kalra. The whole day went smoothly and Dr Kalra is very professional and puts you at ease straight away as well as his two technicians that support him. Aftercare is detailed in depth and both Kevin and Dr Kalra have been available each day since for any questions I have had. Thanks to both for making this process as easy as possible and I am looking forward to seeing the results!

Please stay away from this scam! It is a setup and scam. The address is an eye clinic and there isn’t any hair transplant clinic at that address. They have taken my money and cancelled the surgery and not giving me any refund . I have contacted Kevin in Nov and he requested me to transfer £3000 . He then became very unresponsive and kept making up excuse to cancel the surgery (more than 5 times in total!). I thought i was having the surgery done by Harley street clinic but he had actually booked me for other surgeons without my consent. I have requested for a refund since February and he kept using different excuses and I still haven’t received single penny from him. He was very responsive and answered all my questions before I have transferred the money . Try to stay away from this clinic !

I received my hair transplant 10 days ago and I have to say the whole process from initial consulation with Kevin through to the procedure itself, and the after care have all been 5 star. On the day I arrived for treatment everyone including the receptionist and the nurses were very friendly and professional and put me at ease right away. Dr Kalra was exceptional. He took great care to answer any questions I had before (and after) the surgery and made feel I was in safe hands at all times. I have been delighted with the results so far, and would highly recommend Harley Street Hair Transpants to anyone.
