My first experience was great. Good energy, great service, and banter. My second experience was terrible and very disheartening. I was told by the stylist that she did not want to take all day on my hair and would rather I let her basically cut it all off. Despite me saying I would pay whatever price she wanted AND that I wouldn't mind waiting for a day that she had no other clients because I knew it would take all day. She had no regard for my thoughts, feelings or my suggestions. If I had agreed I would leave with MAYBE 3 to 4 inches of hair. For context I came for basically a hair rescue after dealing with depression and needed an intense detangling treatment, trim and style. After the consultation she said she would follow up with me about an open day on her schedule and despite me contacting her repeatedly I received no response from her. Very unprofessional and disheartening considering the name of the business. It just seems like she no longer cares.
