I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience at Hermest Hair Clinic. From the moment I started consulting with them to the entire process of traveling to Turkey, undergoing the procedure, and returning home, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The airport pickup, clinic visit, hotel accommodation, operation, and ongoing support were all exceptional. The staff was incredibly supportive, and the service was truly outstanding. Even after the procedure, the follow-up and guidance have been amazing. I had the DHI technique (without shaving the entire head), and the results so far have been very promising. I strongly recommend Hermest to anyone considering a hair transplant. Also, I recommend purchasing enough shampoo, multivitamins, and serum from them to cover one full year of use.

Ich bedanke mich für die hervorragende Organisation, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, die Transfers, das nette Hotel, und ganz besonders die Durchführung der Operation durch das Hermest Team. Alles ist bisher zu meiner besten Zufriedenheit gelaufen, Danke dafür! Ich bin sehr gespannt auf das Ergebnis in einigen Monaten, dann wird sich zeigen, ob das Ergebnis mit meinen Erwartungen übereinstimmt. Heute ist der 7. Tag nach dem Eingriff und die Kruste im Entnahmebereich und im Transplantationsbereich beginnt sich zu lösen. Sobald diese komplett verschwunden ist, werde ich mit der täglichen Anwendung des Serums und der Vitaminpräparate beginnen, die mir durch Hermes empfohlen wurden. Ich habe nach der OP keinerlei Schmerzen verspürt, und der Heilungsprozess verläuft nach Plan. Ich freue mich auf die Veränderungen über die nächsten Monate :)

The clinic gave me detailed post-op instructions, medications, and shampoo. Swelling lasted for a few days, and scabbing started to clear after about 10 days. I followed the aftercare guide closely — sleeping upright, gentle washing, and avoiding sun exposure. Highly Recommend this company.

Very professional service. I was very well looked after from the moment that I was picked up from the airport. The procedure was done in about 4 hours and then brought back to a very nice hotel to recover. It’s now 4 months after the procedure and hair is growing in the transplant area and is coming along nicely. Since the procedure I have been in contact with Sedef who has been excellent in providing answers and advice to all of my questions during that period. I would definitely recommend Hermest. They were good value, very nice to deal with and the results so far are exactly what I was looking for.
