Their PRICE is 2.70 Euro per graft. Price is the most highest, service is the lowest. This is the worse hair clinic I've ever seen. Talking with a doctor is almost impossible. A woman answers the phone and she wants to answer all of your questions. In fact, she has no idea about hair restoration. She does not let you to ask medical questions to a doctor. Don't waste your time with these dodge people.

I had the chance to accompany my brother on his surgery with HLC. What I can say is that all the staff were very professional and you can understand immediately that they know what they do. I talked to many other patients during our 4 days stay and they all were very happy to be there. Most came for their repair surgery and regret it to considered other cheap Turkish clinics for their first surgery. HLC is the place you should consider first. The team at HLC Clinic is made up of professionals. Everything is organized in such a way as to make the patients' stay there as pleasant as possible. From the driver who brings us from the airport, to the people who serve us the meal and by those who are always with us patients with all the necessary information. And I am referring here first of all to Ebru, but also to the other girls in the team, whose names it was difficult for me to remember. I apologize for that! But the most important aspect is the professionalism of the medical team, which is at high levels.

I had my hair transplant just a couple of days ago, and I can already say the entire experience was absolutely stellar. From the first moment, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and competence of the entire staff. Note: I just finished my transplant yesterday. The experience was incredibly professional. The doctors Dr. Cengiz and Dr. Kaan were my doctors and both were very nice and professional. Ebru was also extremely helpful with every step along the way. All my questions were answered and an effort was made to make my experience as pain free and transparent as possible!

I did my hair transplant on the 27th and 28th of February 2025. The experience has been amazing from the time of arrival when I was picked up at the airport till the final day of departure. What impressed me amongst many things was the professionalism and how organized everything was. The doctors were thorough during the consultation on site and convinced me that quality before quantity is to go for. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and helpful in every way be it having questions about the procedure or the stay/accomodation. The procedure where the grafts were extracted and transplanted was carried out by the doctors which further shows their professionalism. Prior to my hair transplant at HLC in Ankara, I spent years researching FUE techniques, medication, and alternative treatments such as SMP, which I initially had done in 2015. (Pictures attached: shaven and hair grown out for context). During the lockdown, I had more time to apply my understanding, which ultimately narrowed down my search criteria. This gave me the comfort of knowing that highly qualified doctors would perform my procedure. From the moment of arrival until departure, the care and professionalism at HLC are exceptional. The days designated for pre- and post-surgery are seamlessly structured, as communicated before arrival, which maintained my confidence and comfort, especially since I traveled alone to a foreign country. Throughout my stay, I was in constant communication with the lovely Ebru, who provided answers, guidance, and coordination. All I needed to do was land in Ankara, and the rest was taken care of by the team at HLC. Even before my arrival, I felt like a valued patient. My flight from London was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight from Istanbul to Ankara. I was initially scheduled to arrive in Ankara at 21:30 but ended up landing around 4 AM due to delays. Throughout this time, Ebru was awake and constantly monitoring my status, and Ataner, HLC’s driver, was waiting for me since midnight without a hint of annoyance. Hairline Consultation My primary concern was addressing my hairline and temples to ensure my pre-existing SMP design would be hidden by the new grafts. I plan to return for a second session to achieve more density. Overall, my experience was 10/10.
