At first I was pleased with the whole idea of HRT in a pellet form. The first pellet injection visit was a bit rough to be honest, I began to second guess myself and wonder if this was the right thing. She did not necessarily listen to my concerns with my family history, nor did she listen to my own health history. Anyway, I went with it and began to feel better within days. Second booster injection after, went well. Oh, bruising was terrible with the first injection. Then my third, and shortly a week after I became so incredibly dizzy; wasn’t able to leave the house for days. Each time I called with my concerns, all I heard was this isn’t related to hormones, even though it’s the only change to my body. After having it annual physical and labs, they still stated not hormone related. Pulled labs again, estrogen high, testosterone high and all I could do was to donate blood. Well let’s see, you don’t loose testosterone that way. They did after first call increase my progesterone as that should match estrogen level. Anyway, when calling with concerns I felt no help being given to myself. So I asked for my money back since I paid for the year. This is not the place for me. Oh, I did have my annual mammogram two weeks ago, first time ever I came out with dense breast. My breast increased to a size that no longer fit my bra; I do believe this is due to to high of estrogen. They have since gone back down to normal. So, I say BE CAREFUL! If you don’t feel 100% sure of this, don’t do it. I wish I would have listened to my instincts that first injection visit. That nurse who did it, not so comforting.

I felt heard going to this clinic by the friendly receptionist, amazing nurses and lovely nurse practitioner. I enjoyed every visit there and wish I could move the staff to where I am moving to. I enjoyed the Bio-T services I received here and have been on Bio-T at other clinics but here has been the most thorough with fast blood workups and going over your results in detail. I also received B12 shots and some Botox. I will miss the staff here and wish I could just fly in and keep coming to this office. I had a complete hysterectomy in my late 20's and been on pills, patches and creams but nothing worked it helped but still was not normal feeling. Yes, the first pellet you will feel better and the next one you start to remember what you use to feel like. The third pellet is where I felt like I was me again fully. The best part of this medication is under your skin and you receive a steady constant dose.
