Arkadaşım için saç ekimi planladık fakat şirket başlı başına bir dolandırma tezgahı kendileri yüzünden olan aksamadan dolayı işlemi iptal etmek istediğimizi söylediğimizde bizi farklı kişilere yönlendirerek vermiş olduğumuz paraya göz diktiler, sürekli ertelediler elden verdiğimiz paranın bir kısmını aldık fakat havale ettiğimiz kısmı bize iade etmediler ve sonrasında telefonları açmadılar ve yazdıklarımıza cevap vermediler, (mert, ela ve merve )muhtemelen isim değiştirip devam ediyorlar paranız ile rezil olmak istemiyorsanız uzak durun !

Herkeze Selamlar Arkadaşlar bu firmaya kimse inanmasın yalanci bir firma kendilerine ait herhangi bir klinik ofis vs bir yerleri yok belli başlı sayıları topladıkca iş yapmaya çalışıyorlar hastane vs ortamları kiralayarak ekipleri ekipmanları karşında muhatap olacak birisi yok hersey parani verene kadar ben kapora verdim ne olduklarını sonradan öğrendim kaporami iade etmediler yasal haklar neyse yapacağım kendilerine ait yerleri bile yok Mert adında bir şahıs kaçamak cevaplarla herseyi ört pas ediyor o sahsada kimse itibar etmesin ekim yaptırıp karsinizda muhatap bulamayacağınız bir firma...

Hype Surgery Saç ekimi mağduru olarak sürecin başından itibaren yaşadıklarımı sizinlede paylaşmak istiyorum İnstgram reklamlarından gördüğüm Hype Surgery saç ekim merkezinden Mert bey ile görüşmelerim sonucu kaparo attıktan sonra 14 Şubat 2025 tarihinde ekim işlemi için sayfadaki konuma gittim. Konumda Hype Surgery saç ekimine ait herhangi bir şey bulunmuyordu. Mert bey ekimin farklı bir yerde olacağını belirtip yeni bir konum atarak Etilerde bulunan Centralpark hastanesine yönlendirdi. Ve İnstgram sayfasında bulunan lüks klinik havası verilen resimlerde bu hastanenin lobisin resimleri olduğunu orada anladım. Kendilerine ait ofis bile olmadığını sonradan öğrendim. Hastanenin 3. Katında hijyeni az olan bir odada 2 saç uzmanı ile görüşme sağlandı çizgiler çizildi ödeme Mert bey tarafından firma hesabına alındı, işlem odasına saat 9 itibari ile giriş yapıldı. Bu sırada mert bey gerekli olan evrakları hazırlayıp geleceğini beyan ederek oradan ayrıldı ve bir daha kendisini göremedim. Yaklaşık 9’saatlik süren ve çok kötü bir yemek molası ile devam eden bir ekim sonrası işlemi yapan uzmanlar hastaneden ayrıldı. Bana vaad edilen evraklar, vitaminler şampuanların hiç biri teslim edilmedi. Sadece basit bir boyun yastığı odaya bırakılmıştı. Mert bey bu süreç zarfında hiç bir şekilde hasta ile ilgilenmedi görüşme yapılmadı. İşlem sonrası hastanın ne yapması gerektiğini rutin kontrollerin hiçbiri için bilgi verilmedi. Saç yıkamasının 3. Günde Nişantaşı’nda bir klinikte yapılacağını konumu ve klinik ismini sabah paylaşacağını söyledi. Sabah çok erken vakitte yola çıkarak Nişantaşı yakınlarında mert beyi aradım fakat çağrılarıma mesajlarıma cevap vermedi. 2-3 saatlik bir gecikme sonra hasta olduğunu başka zaman yıkama yapacağını söyleyip bir daha telefonlarıma cevap vermedi. Buse isminde bir hanımefendinin numarasını atarak yıkamanın kendisi tarafından yapılacağı söylendi ve 2 gün rötörlü bir şekilde Bakırköy’de bir klinikte ilk yıkamam yapıldı. Süreç içerisinde hiç bir şekilde mesajlarıma çağrılarıma zamanında cevap alamadım ne yapacağımı bilmeden 10 gün boyunca sağdan soldan bilgilerle bekledim. Kabuk alma için 10. Gün tekrar irtibata geçtim fakat aynı problemlerle yine karşılaştım. Ve ekimin 14. Günü tekrar Buse hanıma yönlendirildim fakat yine saat ertelenmesi gibi sıkıntılarla karşı karşıya kaldım. Süreç beni aşırı yıprattı. Bu firmadan Ekim yapmayı düşünen kim olursa olsun kesinlikle ve kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Sabit bir yerleri yok hastane odaları kiralayıp Ekim yapılıyor. Toplama ekip ile sağlan soldan toplanan işi iyi bilmeyen insanlarla Ekim yapılıyor. Vaad edilen PRP şampuan vitaminlerin hiç biri verilmiyor. Temsilci ile görüşmek imkansız. Paranızı alıp arkalarını dönüyorlar. Gerekli kurumlara başvuruda bulunarak şikayette bulunacağım. Dekont ve yazışmalarla beraberde mahkeme sürecini de başlatıyorum. A meeting was held with 2 hair specialists in a poorly hygienic room on the 3rd floor of the hospital, lines were drawn, payment was taken to the company account by Mr. Mert, and the procedure room was entered at 9 o'clock. Meanwhile, Mr. Mert prepared the necessary documents and left, declaring that he would come, and I never saw him again. The experts left the hospital after performing the post-plantation procedure, which lasted approximately 9 hours and was followed by a very bad lunch break. None of the documents, vitamins and shampoos promised to me were delivered. Only a simple neck pillow was left in the room. During this process, Mr. Mert did not care about the patient in any way and there was no meeting. No information was given about what the patient should do after the procedure for any of the routine checks. He said that the hair washing will be done in a clinic in Nişantaşı on the 3rd day and that he will share the location and name of the clinic in the morning. I set out very early in the morning and called Mert Bey near Nişantaşı, but he did not answer my calls or messages. After a 2-3 hour delay, he said he was sick and would wash me another time and never answered my calls again. I gave the number of a lady named Buse and was told that the washing would be done by her, and my first washing was done in a clinic in Bakırköy for 2 days. During the process, I never received a timely response to my messages or calls. I waited for 10 days with information left and right, not knowing what to do. I contacted again on the 10th day to get the shell, but I encountered the same problems again. And on the 14th day of October, I was directed to Ms. Buse again, but again I faced problems such as time delay. The process made me extremely tired. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone considering transplantation. They do not have a fixed place, hospital rooms are rented and transplantation is done. Planting is carried out with a collection team and people who gather from left and right and who do not know the job well. None of the promised PRP shampoo vitamins are provided. It is impossible to meet with the representative. They take your money and turn around. I will file a complaint by applying to the necessary institutions. I also start the court process with the receipts and correspondence. As a result of this bad experience, I do not forgive Mr. Mert and everyone involved in this business.

Tıraşsız hype tekniği ile saç ekimi yaptırdım ön bölgemde ki 3-4 cmlik dökülen alan ve tepe noktamda ki seyrelmeler için. Muadili olan klinikler 3000-3500 Euro fiyat verdiler yeni görmeme ve çok takip etmememe rağmen Mert beyin bilgisine güvendim. Hayal kırıklığına uğramayı bir kenara bırakalım hayatımda aldığım en isabetli kararlardan biri olabilir çünkü her anlamda tatmin oldum. Ön hat ekimim için araştırma içerisindeydim internet üzerinden Hype Surgery'yi gördüm ve fotoğraflarımı ilettim. Güzel bir analiz ve bilgilendirmenin ardından randevu aldım ve bu aşamalarda bana güven verdiler. Özellikle çizginin doğallığı ve ekim sıklığı konusunda belki de en iyi yer burası.
