Péssima experiência na unidade Itaim da ICB Minha consulta estava marcada para 09h30, mas por um imprevisto precisei cancelar. Às 09h20, liguei novamente, informei que consegui reorganizar minha agenda e perguntei se ainda poderia comparecer. A recepção confirmou que sim. Cheguei na clínica às 09h40 e, mesmo assim, não me deixaram subir. Me mandaram aguardar no térreo do prédio, um local sem recepção, sem estrutura e em um frio intenso. Fiquei por mais de 40 minutos esperando, sem nenhum tipo de suporte ou acolhimento. Liguei várias vezes para a recepção e ninguém atendeu. Se esse é o nível de atenção que a clínica oferece antes mesmo do atendimento, fico extremamente preocupado com a qualidade de um procedimento como transplante capilar. Falta empatia, organização e respeito com o paciente.

If this is the level of care that the clinic offers even before the appointment, I am extremely concerned about the quality of a procedure like hair transplant. There is a lack of empathy, organization and respect for the patient.

Fiz meu transplante com a Dra. Thaiana e ficou muito além do que eu imaginava, natural e com volume. Não tive dor nem inchaço. recomendo.

Hoje com 1 ano e quatro meses de implante posso avaliar com segurança. Não recomendo e não faria novamente na ICB, fiz avaliação com a Dr Ariane onde ficou combinado de refazer a hairline e também a área do recesso temporal, já na mesa de cirugia com todos os medicamentos tomados, vieram me dizer que não seria possível fazer a área do recesso temporal pois era uma área difícil complicado e não ficaria legal… paguei por uma coisa e recebi outra, não achei bacana pois guardei dinheiro parcelei no cartão e tive o meu sonho não realizado por completo, não achei justo e nem correto essa atitude, agora vou precisar fazer outro implante sem ter condições para ter o meu sonho realizado.

I did not think this attitude was fair or correct. Now I will need to have another implant without being able to have my dream come true.
