I had doubts that there would be a solution to my hair loss but was amazed to find that IHRS offers many solutions in one place. The entire staff is very nice and welcoming. The consultant answered all of my questions, explained what I was a candidate for, and explained what is involved. I decided to get the process started that day and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I don't normally write reviews...especially for something so personal but I'm thrilled to have hair again. My confidence is thru the roof. I'm kicking myself for not calling them sooner.

The owner called me to work on some office equipment. We agreed on a service fee but he never paid. Ignored phone calls and emails to collect. This was my experience with IHRS. Edit after owner response. This was a while back. Every time i see or hear your advertisements I am reminded of that day. But it was your place on San Jose, no mistake there.

I had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly and the consultant informed me of all my options. I decided to go with the service and could not be more excited about my results! I feel so much younger and don’t have to wear a hat in public any more. I feel confident about how I look now and my wife just loves it. Thank you Dave and staff!

Not very welcoming. More Business focused not customer focused. Extremely Highly priced. Scheduling takes months in advance.. Had to pay to get back an item I left. There are cheaper better options.

Best place and more natural hair than u ever have had. If u want natural looking hair and confidence then this is the place to go. Also the staff is fantastic.
