Opinión pésima. Mala atención en el mostrador concretamente puesto n°6 / 02 de julio,17h.:15'. Señorita (media melena, pelo rizado color rubio-anaranjado, alta, con gafas de pasta negras) maleducada y soberbia sin que hubiese motivo alguno. Falseó conscientemente mi hora de cita para con posterioridad, al darme cuenta del hecho rectificar con evidente "mala gana". Retraso en la atención medica de 1 hora con respecto a mi cita. Desconozco si este retraso tuvo o no relación con el cambio de hora del mostrador. Ante mi descontento me pasaron a consulta, donde tuve que seguir esperando. Atención como ésta lleva a replantearse la permanencia en este seguro.

A tall, rude, and arrogant young lady (medium length, orange-blond curly hair) with black-framed glasses was unreasonably rude. She deliberately falsified my appointment time, only to later correct it with obvious reluctance when I realized the fact. The medical care was delayed by one hour compared to my appointment time. I don't know if this delay was related to the change in the counter time. Due to my dissatisfaction, they transferred me to an appointment, where I had to continue waiting. Service like this makes me reconsider staying with this insurance.

El Trato con la doctora SUBIABRE maravilloso, pero la persona que me ha atendido en recepción muy desagradable. Esa persona le hace un flaco favor a la clínica, si no quiere trabajar que deje el trabajo alguién que sea amable y pueda tratar con los pacientes, que no vamos por gusto ni mucho menos. Me ha atendido el día 02/07/25 sobre las 15h, no recuerdo el nombre solo recuerdo la cara DE ASCO que me ha puesto, (igual de grande que ella). Le he dicho que no hacía falta que me pidiese la medicación como en otra ocasión han hecho (porque le ha caído gordo que le pidiese), que ya lo gestionaré yo en mi farmacia. Gracias
