I don’t typically do reviews but I went in for a haircut over the weekend. Did not get blow dried or styled because I was pressed for time so I did not request those services, that is not the fault of the stylist. Later when my hair dried, one side of my hair was noticeably longer than the other. I called ahead this morning to see if they could fit me in to have it evened out and they were able to. The same stylist that did my hair Saturday cut my hair again. The demeanor and environment was completely different. They were silent the majority of the time and I felt as if they might have been annoyed that I wanted my hair fixed(this part is just my opinion). It looks better than it did before but I was charged $20 for a trim for them to even out the haircut they gave me. It’s still not even all the way because they added more face framing to one side and not the other but I will be going to a different salon to have it fixed since I would be charged for another service.

Inspire hair design is my go to salon.Ms Dee and her staff is so professional and courteous atmosphere is A-1, if you need a good cut and style this is the place oh yea and guys she hold you down with a barber 😀 you won't be disappointed try it out you'll love it.

Anti-Veteran discriminatory practices are standard practice here. I was illegally denied entry for having my ADA service animal. That's it. I walked in, was told I could not bring my service animal in. I explained that they legally cannot deny him entry without cause. They said too bad. And I'm now calling Texas Bar Association to see if anyone wants a freebie. Good luck with Veterans in this area. I was looking to spend hundreds every few months too.
It is unfortunate that you feel this way. A denied Veteran ?? . First we are a Veteran family owned business and Secondly, I as a human, as well as a business owner I do have rights too. I, the business owner, am highly allergic to pet hair on pets. It's not personal towards you or your family pet, but as the business owner I do have the right in Texas to refuse service due to these medical conditions. My assistant manager which you had the conversation with DID NOT SAY "Too Bad", that is not the truth- that is a lie. I pulled video and audio footage and was definetly made aware of the situation due to your tone and attitude while she was conducting business and in front of the other client. My entire staff is aware of my medical condition, which is why I do not allow pets, any pets with pet hair in my building of which I own. It is also posted. It is one thing not to like it or agree, but it is another thing to lie on my staff and business to make your story seem greater. That's unfortunate.

I had to cut my hair off after my experience with Tedaka. She relaxed my hair & bleached and colored it. My hair fell shedded and broke off. I also didn’t like the color so I then went back to her and she suggested we do not use bleach to “keep the integrity of my hair” - but I didn’t realize the hair was dead the second she touched it. My new hairstylist advised me to leave a ‘nasty’ review as the shops owner , Ms. D watched her do this, and anyone with a liscense should know better. I’d rather she had advised me that what I wanted was not possible , than her take my money and me loose my hair. Am writing this review to let any and everyone know to go elsewhere.
