Passei anos pesquisando e fazendo tratamentos para melhorar a saúde do meu cabelo, mas cheguei num momento em que percebi que a melhor solução seria o transplante capilar. Visitei diversas clínicas e pesquisei bastante, mas em nenhuma delas encontrei o atendimento, a transparência e a honestidade que recebi no Instituto Assef. Desde o primeiro contato, fui tratado com extrema atenção. Mesmo fora do horário comercial, recebi suporte pelo WhatsApp para dúvidas e agendar minha visita. Minha rotina era caótica, pois, além de todo o processo de decisão sobre o transplante, também estava lidando com a mudança de estado e de trabalho. Ainda assim, o atendimento foi sempre gentil e respeitoso, adaptando-se aos horários mais diversos para mim Ao chegar à clínica, fui recebido pela Mariah e pela Bruna, duas profissionais incríveis, sempre sorridentes e com uma leveza admirável. A Mariah ficou responsável pelas fotos e pelos agendamentos, enquanto a Bruna me apresentou a clínica e fez sugestões valiosas para o transplante, explicando detalhes do procedimento. Após conhecer toda a estrutura, fui atendido pelo Dr. Samir e, sinceramente, não tenho palavras para descrever a experiência. Ele foi honesto sobre meu caso, explicando criteriosamente todas as possibilidades, os prós e os contras do procedimento. Além disso, esclareceu todas as dúvidas sobre os medicamentos, contraindicações e cuidados no pós-operatório, transmitindo muita segurança em cada explicação. Ao sair da clínica, eu já tinha certeza de que ali seria o local onde realizaria meu transplante. A partir daquele momento, era apenas uma questão de tempo e organização. Durante todo o processo, a Bruna continuou me auxiliando, sempre atenciosamente, orientando os próximos passos e oferecendo dicas valiosas sobre exames e preparativos. Quando estava mais próximo da cirurgia, fui acompanhado pela Dra. Greice e pela Manoella, que me passaram todas as orientações e informações sobre os medicamentos e os cuidados necessários no pré e no pós-operatório. A paciência, o profissionalismo e o carinho fizeram toda a diferença Hoje, sigo com o tratamento e só tenho agradecimento ao Instituto Assef. Desde a recepção até os cuidados pós-operatórios, cada etapa está sendo conduzida com excelência. Qualquer elogio que eu faça ao Dr. Samir e a toda a equipe ainda seria pouco para expressar minha gratidão pelo atendimento impecável e pelo respeito com que trataram meu caso. Recomendo de olhos fechados a qualquer pessoa que esteja pensando em fazer!

Mariah was responsible for the photos and scheduling, while Bruna showed me around the clinic and made valuable suggestions for the transplant, explaining details of the procedure. After seeing the entire facility, I was seen by Dr. Samir and, honestly, I have no words to describe the experience. He was honest about my case, carefully explaining all the possibilities, pros and cons of the procedure. In addition, he clarified all my doubts about the medications, contraindications and post-operative care, transmitting a lot of confidence in each explanation. When I left the clinic, I was already sure that this would be the place where I would have my transplant. From that moment on, it was just a matter of time and organization. Throughout the process, Bruna continued to assist me, always attentively, guiding the next steps and offering valuable tips on exams and preparations. When I was closer to the surgery, I was accompanied by Dr. Greice and Manoella, who gave me all the guidance and information about the medications and the necessary care before and after surgery. Their patience, professionalism and affection made all the difference. Today, I continue with the treatment and I can only thank the Assef Institute. From the reception to the post-operative care, each step has been carried out with excellence. Any praise I can give to Dr. Samir and the entire team would still be insufficient to express my gratitude for the impeccable service and respect with which they treated my case. I recommend them with my eyes closed to anyone who is thinking about doing it!

Me chamo Lucas e iniciei o tratamento para recuperar meus fios que estavam sem força de crescimento 05/2024, após 5 meses de tratamento e um resultado visível perante aos meus amigos e colegas de trabalho, decidimos realizar o implante dia 24/10/2024 para preenchimento total e acabar de vez com a calvície.
