He tenido una experiencia regulera... Tenía cita hoy para un tratamiento para corregir la celulitis. Había contactado por WhatsApp contando mi patología, tengo una operación en la columna. Al volver a informar en la consulta de mi circunstancia, me han dicho que no me podían tratar y que lo tenía que haber avisado. Al enseñar los mensajes por WhatsApp me han salido con mil excusas: que la recepcionista que contesta los mensajes está de vacaciones y no saben quién me ha contestado, que yo explicaba que tenía prótesis pero no el material (si no es titanio, no conozco de que más pueden ser unas prótesis de columna, la verdad) que el tratamiento que me habían dicho por mensaje no era el mismo que me iban a hacer (???) Ningún sentido vaya. Me han parecido muy poco profesionales, poca formación y a parte poca empatia. Igual las maquinas que tienen son buenas, pero el personal me ha dejado bastante que desear. ---- Contestación a vuestro mensaje: Bueno, la que os dije que no me podía hacer maderoterapia fui yo. Mi frustración no viene de no poder hacerme el tratamiento, viene de que yo os avisé de mi patología, sin hacerme más preguntas me distéis cita y luego me culpasteis por no informar. Más la retaila de excusas inverosímiles para lanzar balones fuera. Todo, menos reconocer vuestro error.
Translated: I had a mediocre experience... I had an appointment today for a treatment to correct cellulite. I had contacted them via WhatsApp, explaining my condition; I'm having spinal surgery. When I went back to inform the office about my circumstances, they told me they couldn't treat me and that I should have let them know. When I showed them my WhatsApp messages, they came up with a thousand excuses: that the receptionist who answers messages is on vacation and they don't know who answered me; that I explained I had a prosthesis but not the material (if it's not titanium, I don't know what else spinal prostheses can be made of, honestly); that the treatment they told me in the message wasn't the same as the one I was going to receive (???). It made no sense. I found them to be very unprofessional, with little training and little empathy. Maybe the machines they have are good, but the staff left a lot to be desired. ---- Reply to your message: Well, I was the one who told you I couldn't get wood therapy. My frustration doesn't come from not being able to get the treatment, it comes from the fact that I told you about my condition, you gave me an appointment without asking any further questions, and then blamed me for not informing you. Plus the string of implausible excuses to pass the buck. Anything but admitting your mistake.

Con el diagnostico corporal y revisando tu historia clinica la especialista decidió no realizarte el tratamiento que solicitabas por contraindicaciones y efectos adversos que podían afectarte. Por whatsapp no entramos en detalles ni de tu cirugia ni de las zonas que te querías tratar, te dijimos que la maderoterapia no estaba indicada para ti por el impacto que provoca en el cuerpo pero no te aseguramos que te podias realizar el tratamiento de Evosculpt. Siempre se tiene que realizar un diagnostico y revisar las contraindicaciones. Sentimos que te hayas ido frustrada por no poder realizarte el tratamiento pero nuestra profesionalidad se basa antes de todo en vuestra salud, y seguiremos manteniendonos firmes en no realizar tratamientos que puedan provocaros cualquier daño.
