I've tried calling and messaging this business many times and they never replied. I had an expired groupon (that wasn't expired the first few times I tried to contact them), and intended to purchase several services that would've meant them receiving money more than triple the value of the expired groupon (you can use expired groupons for the amount you paid). I even explained this in several of my messages to them. I finally just marked it as redeemed, even though it wasn't. Thankfully, Groupon now allows you to trade in unexpired Groupons (vouchers must be unviewed), so if you have an issue with the business, it's not money just thrown away. **Please note that this company either lied about checking their voicemail or emails, as I tried getting ahold of them over two years ago several times, or their system was/is buggy. Regardless, deflecting blame as a company instead of taking responsibility or trying to properly handle the issue is a red flag. To solidify my point of them not responding, they finally replied two hours ago and my rating here on Google was placed over two years ago.**
Mellisa, Thank you for your review, I understand how you feel.However, we do check our message and I just double check (just now) our e-mail and search for your e-mail nothing with your name and our voicemail are checked every day as well and no voice mail from you. You can alway ask for your money back from Groupon or living social where you originally purchased your voucher and they will credit you. By the way our messaging voice do connect to our email so, if you did leave me an extensive explanation of your situation we should have a record of your voice mail and I did a search ( just now) there is no recorded (elaborate messages) explaining your several messages that you mention in this review. This is such a good tip"s Do's and Don't that everyone must keep in mind. Very Education views not only for me but everybody that use the voucher from Groupon and other media marketing company. I have bought a Groupon voucher for a facial. I called her twice to make an appointment and she didn't return my phone calls. Very unprofessional! It is my FIRST bad experience with a Groupon's deal.

I will say this was my first experience getting a Manzillion wax and butt wax and it was the best experience I could ever ask for. Judith knows what she is doing and does it with such care and enthusiasm. She also does not rush to get you out or get the job done . As she wants to ensure that she does the job thoroughly and that you are comfortable. Was it painful even though I had every part of my genetalia and my butt waxed? Hell no! I don't know how dudes be complaining about it, it was a damn cake walk! Perhaps because Judith knows what she is doing and does such a complete and thorough job! She is a pleasure to talk to and she gives great advice. Nothing like being spread Eagle on a table and getting good advice about a life situation😂 She is simply the best. As far as booking appts,people just book online. Don't bother calling to make an appt,it's better to just book your appt online as it shows that one is serious by placing a deposit down of $20.00 to reserve your appt slot time with there credit/debit card. She also does not do walk ins. But she is the best! I don't care if it would cost me $25.00 to have a Manzillion done by anyone else in Columbus. I would never do it! You get what you pay for!
