Je partage ma très très mauvaise expérience concernant cette clinique. Je suis venue en février 2025,ma prise en charge concernant un sourire hollywoodien à été quasi immédiate. Une fois sur place,on m'a diagnostiqué que TOUTES mes dents bougeaient,donc impossible de faire ce que je voulais. Il faut tout arracher !!!! M'a t'on dit😡 Et que la meilleure solution c'est les implants,tu m'étonnes 💵!!!! Il fallait presqueque la dentiste mette un pied sur ma figure pour m'arracher les dents !!!! Du coup je me retrouve après 6h d'intervention avec 8 implants !!!!(4 haut,4 bas). Bien sûr faut revenir dans 3 mois, chose pas prévu du tout au budget !!!! Je me mets d'accord avec le chef de clinique,voyant mon désarroi,il m'offre les billets d'avion et me confirme que je reviens première quinzaine de mai. La traductrice au courant. Je rentre en France,au bout de 2 semaine je perds un premier implant 😳, j'avertis de suite par message,on me dit que c'est pas grave 🤔🤔🤔 Quelques jours après j'en perds un 2 ème......😤😤😤😤😤 Pareil,je préviens,on me répond que c'est normal faut que ça cicatrise...... J'ai pas math supp mais à mon avis si on m'a mis des implants c'est pour qu'ils cicatrise dans ma bouche,pas en dehors !!!!!(Vocal à l'appui!!!) Donc j'arrête pas de demander les dates précises du séjour afin que je m'organise..... j'appelle TOUS les jours.... messages,vocaux,appels.....pas de réponses....on me gost......un jour quand même,une réponse,le docteur est en vacances.....ok donnez moi quand même les dates et billets d'avion. Pas de réponse....... ça commence vraiment à mon gonflé,je trouve une autre clinique, génial 👍, j'explique mon cas leur raconte ma mésaventure et il me prenne en charge direct, billet d'avion offert et aux dates qui m'arrangerait, depuis silence radio de INTERNATIONNAL CLINIQUE jamais un message. Les clients pour eux c'est pas important !!!!! heureusement que je n'ai rien versée pour la deuxième visite. Maintenant j'ai une dentition parfaite et faite par des professionnels qui se soucient de la santé des patients ❤️ Si quelqu'un le souhaite je transmets les coordonnées. Merci de m'avoir lu!!!!!

I don't have math skills, but I think the reason they put implants in my mouth is so they heal inside my mouth, not outside!!!!! (Voicemail to support this!!!) So I keep asking for the exact dates of my trip so I can organize myself..... I call EVERY day.... messages, voicemails, calls..... no answers.... they criticize me...... one day anyway, one answer, the doctor is on vacation..... ok, give me the dates anyway and Plane tickets. No response....... It's really starting to get on my nerves. I found another clinic, great 👍. I explained my situation, told them about my mishap, and they took care of me right away. I got a free plane ticket, and on dates that suited me. Since then, there's been radio silence from INTERNATIONAL CLINIC, and never a message. Customers aren't important to them!!!!! Luckily, I didn't pay anything for the second visit. Now I have perfect teeth, done by professionals who care about their patients' health ❤️ If anyone wants it, I'll share the contact information.
