Former staff and doctor gave the utmost care and communication following procedure in February 2024. Since new doctor and staff took over, however, I’ve not been able to contact them about prescription renewal for two essential post opp meds, now going 4 months without the scripts they prescribed. On the one occasion I got someone on the phone, the promised script renewal that same day - that was a month ago, and have gone dark since. To say I’ve left 25 voicemails would be an understatement. All unreturned. If you are not a current patient, you will be forgotten about as a relic of the past doctor and staff. Do not go here if you want any level of post op care and communication. You will not be taken care of.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE I received a FUE transplant in 2022 for 1500 grafs. During my consultation I informed the doctor of my concerns about thinning hair and ask for a quote for more grafs. He assured me that 1500 would b more than enough. Staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Post operation 2 plus years later and I feel like I was conned out of 6k. My problem thinning area is still extremely thin and doesn’t even look like I had the procedure done. I have to keep my hair cut very low because as soon as it grows just a smidge you can see how poor of a job was done on my surgery. I have reached out multiple times and to my surprise not one response back. SMH if you want to spend 6k on a bad hair transplant , I advise you to go here, this is a great place to give 6k and not receive the quality of service you were promised. I am very disappointed and am in talks with the BBB right now because this is a scam
