I’m a longtime of hair systems user . In the past 6 months I have been going to HCS. Their team have been great to my needs and their hair systems are great , as for their hair stylist 💇♂️ I can say they have been great to my needs . It’s a very calm , easy , friendly and family type of environment. Just have to say thanks to Mandy , Kim and Doug you have helped me with all the questions and have been above and beyond with your customer service. Former hair club guy here! This place has better customer service and its 1/2 the cost of nearby hair replacement facilities. The owner is awesome. Best part is no contracts ! Mandy is my stylist. Couldn't be happier. Been a customer for 2 years now. And glad I made the switch.

I struggled with hair loss from 18, and after 10 years of covering it up, I took the step to walk into IHS at 28. This was a life changing experience. Doug and his team were very warm and sensitive to the impact this has on a person's self image and they were extremely helpful in selecting the right system and tailoring it to be seamless. People thought I lost weight, grew my beard (which I already had) grew taller, or changed my clothing style, but never suspected the hair system. If you are on the fence of whether to shave your head or get a hair system, I 10/10 recommend stopping in to visit Doug first.
