Buyer Beware: My Experience with InvisaBlend During my search, I discovered InvisaBlend on Instagram through an influencer. The promotional materials were compelling, promising a groundbreaking solution. Despite initial skepticism, I was intrigued by the claims of a natural-looking, lightweight, and breathable hair system. I received my unit in February 2022 and traveled to have it installed, brimming with optimism. However, my experience revealed a stark contrast between the promises and reality. The Harsh Truth Cons: 1. Exorbitant Cost At USD 3,500, the price is shockingly high, making it inaccessible to many. Sadly, the hair quality does not justify this premium price tag. 2. Hair Quality The hair feels coarse and straw-like when dry, lacking any movement and softness of natural hair. Despite assurances from the owner, Dino, that this is the “best quality” available, the truth becomes evident with regular use. 3. Durability Issues The much-touted "invisible filament" concept is innovative but flawed. While it promises breathability and the ability to integrate bio-hair seamlessly, the micro-strands are fragile and prone to breakage within just a few months, leading to frequent and costly repairs. 4. High Maintenance The upkeep is both time-consuming and expensive. Customers are often forced to learn how to repair tears and replace comb-locks themselves to avoid excessive repair costs. 5. Painful Comb-Locks For individuals with sensitive scalps or alopecia, the comb-locks can cause significant discomfort, exacerbating traction alopecia. Moreover, these clips are not durable, breaking frequently and requiring constant replacements. 6. Unsuitability for Sleeping The unit does not stay secure during sleep, making it impractical for daily wearers, particularly those with alopecia who need a stable solution with pain free. 7. Poor hair retention Owning a hand-tied piece is a dream for anyone wearing alternative hair, offering the promise of a lightweight, natural-looking solution. However, the reality of this unit falls short due to a significant flaw: poor hair retention. Every time you comb the unit, you lose a noticeable amount of hair—often a handful at a time. Over time, this excessive shedding takes a toll on the overall density. Within a year, the unit can become so sparse that it is no longer wearable, rendering your costly investment ineffective and disappointing. For a product at this price point, the lack of durability and longevity in hair retention is unacceptable. This is a critical issue to consider before purchasing. Final Thoughts While InvisaBlend did offer some initial benefits—such as restoring a semblance of confidence and a natural-looking hairline—its drawbacks far outweigh the positives. The exorbitant price, disappointing hair quality, and high-maintenance requirements make it a poor investment. To anyone considering this product, I strongly urge you to read the contract thoroughly. It is heavily skewed in favor of the company, leaving customers with little to no recourse if the product fails to meet expectations. Hair loss is a personal and emotional journey, and while finding the right solution can be transformative, it’s essential to choose a product—and a company—that values both quality and customer satisfaction.

Dear Dhana -- as you will know I have recently emailed you two long emails explaining how this hair would work perfectly for you as it has with thousands of others. I had explained to you that the micro strand, you call the net is extremely strong but you had broken the net in 6 places, which made it lose hair, but nevertheless we make new sections at no charge to you to add sections and hair for you at no charge to you. But when you visited us afterwards you had broken the net again in 5 areas and again we made new sections again at no charge. The Micro Strand (the net) has been warn by thousands of people without being broken. And that is also the reason for losing hair. Then when you complained about the quality of hair - each time you came in after we shampooed the hair much weird product would come out of the hair that you had put in -- this is obviously what make the hair feel not good (as we told you so). Then after you had ordered a 2nd hair process -- again to go far beyond normal very good customer service - we gave you a 50% discount as per your request. we never give a 50% discount, and the only reason why we did was to go far beyond normal customer service to make you happy. At that time we felt that you were complaining to get much more from us at a very lost cost or to get more for no charge (as we did). Remember, we invested, made and added new sections for you because you broke the micro strand (the net) repeatedly and nevertheless we make and added new sections giving you much more hair at no charge. - plus made a entire new 2nd hair process at a 50% discount (what company does that?) -- we did that to do everything possible to go far out of our way to make you happy. It is not fair at all - you giving us a bad review when we have made thousands of people happy. In fact as a ongoing and last resort in one of my emails to you - we offered you either to add hair into your existing hair processes at no charge OR to make you an entirely new hair process at no charge again. Again, who does that. but again we are known for going extremely far out of our way, no matter what it take to make everyone happy. We care deeply about every individual client. We keep our clients and understand the seriousness about hair loss. Wishing you the best and our last offer still stands, even though you had made your last purchases from us on January 10th, 2022, and the 2nd hair process on April 9th, 2022.... this is more than THREE years ago and we are still reaching out to you and offering again free options. We are open to making you happy. Wishing you the best.
