I have been a client for many years. I came to Invisions as a former client of Hair Club. I’m still delighted being an Invisions client. The service I get from my stylist Ruth is amazing and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my hair service.

I came in for the initial consultation about 8 months ago and met with Melissa who was able to answer all my questions after searching for why I was losing my hair and what I could do to stop and lucky for me, reverse my hair loss. At the time I started it I was about 21 or 22 so I caught it super early and she explained what male pattern baldness what, and what exactly was happening which was super helpful for me personally. I decided to just go for it, I didn’t want to be bald by the time I was 25 (no one said that, it’s just my estimation) and I’m so glad I started when I did. Marissa is my therapist here and she does such a great job every time. The results speak for themselves and it feels so good to get my confidence and hair back. I can’t reccomend this place enough. Thank you Hair Club!!

Horrible service from the receptionist last time I went there (I think her name was Rae.) I was late to my appointment and she loudly REAMED me out about how “disrespectful” I was within hearing range of other clients. I had never been YELLED AT like that in a customer service setting. I was shocked. Granted, I shouldn’t have been late, but there are professional ways to handle this. Frankly, I was paying them too much money to be talked to like a middle schooler getting a tardy. She made an extra point not to look at me as I said goodbye while leaving at the conclusion of my appointment. Her body was facing me because that’s how the desk was oriented but she turned her neck to look away as I approached, obviously wanting to talk to her. Extremely bad service. It may be worth noting that I was the only visibly non-white client that I ever saw in that salon. Rae was unprofessional, condescending, had an explosive temper, and I never went back.

Hi William. I am sorry that you feel this way. We value each and every client and pride our business on top notch customer service and customer experience. The last time you were in to see us was over three years ago, before you moved away to the midwest. Since then, you have called on several occasions to ask for our recommendations on hair replacement companies in your area. I was more than happy to help you as I am glad to help any client. I do believe that it is worth noting that you have visited Invisions four times from November, 2019 to March, 2020. Three of the appointments you arrived late. According to our computer records, the first time you were 1 hour and 45 minutes late, the second time you were 32 minutes late and the third time you were 25 minutes late. All three times we accomodated your appointment and made sure you received the best possible service. My staff does not yell at clients. You were reminded that we would accomodate you again after being this late, but in the future, if you were this late, we would need to reschedule your appointment because it affects other clients who are on time and waiting for their appointment, many of whom are suffering hair loss as a result of medical treatments and may not be feeling well as a result. You noted that you were the only visibly non-white client that you saw. Unfortunately, your profile picture tells a different story. Invisions clientele is very diverse, with hair loss affecting men and women of all ethnic backgrounds. Lastly, it seems appropriate to remind you that wrongfully accusing someone and guessing their name is bullying and harassment. William, as I mentioned earlier, we haven’t seen you in over three years. I hope you are doing well, and wish you only the best.

During my recent visit to Invisions, I had high hopes as Lew, the person who welcomed me, seemed friendly and assured me they would address my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse at the reception area after my first service. The lady (management) there was incredibly rude and loud. She never bothered to talk to her colleagues before reacting. I did mention that I had moved from a different place and needed to transition to their services (on papers). It felt like she was blaming me for something out of my control. I was shocked by her behavior and didn't respond, but such treatment is unacceptable. The overall customer service was very poor. She passionately shouted about a few policies and boasted about how they have been running the business for 30 years, even if it was just a policy. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, she started yelling in front of other people. Unless you have no other choice and don't mind being yelled at, I recommend avoiding this place. The experience was disappointing and not worth enduring.
