We deeply regret to hear about your arguments on your experience, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration caused during your visits to our clinic. We strive to provide professional and compassionate care to all our clients, and it is clear from your review that our sincere approach did not meet your expectations. Allow us to address some of the issues you’ve highlighted: • On your initial free consultation, we focused on your demidicosis/rosacea and the treatment options. Facial rejuvenation was not appropriate at that time since you had an outburst of rosacea. We aim to provide thorough and sincere consultations which solve our patient’s issues, and we deeply regret that this was not your experience. • Pricing and Transparency: The initial quote you received was for a full treatment plan for rosacea with PT, Lasers and medical reexaminations. You requested the most affordable option and our Clinic Manager suggested a 1 month treatment with topical treatment at home combined with PT with the aim to help you see the first results, control your Rosacea and proceed with the next step of the protocol whenever you decided. We explained this transparently and directly, unfortunately not comprehensively for you. Actually, in your review you compare two completely different treatment plans. The low price was so significant for you and we offered you the best option for the first steps for controlling your rosacea, something we succeeded with very good results for the redness on your face in the first month. • Hair Removal Assessment: Your feedback regarding the assessments and comments about the presence of hair is concerning. Our team explained to you since the first consultation how laser hair removal works and how the density and color of the hair works. On your last visit for hair removal, the black hair was gone and the hair left was not dark enough to treat you, although we had booked the time on our schedule. What we did was to offer a sincere information about the current situation of the hair in the area. Obviously, this month (June) normally it is time to have your hair removal session for the new hair growing (40 days after the last session). • Rejuvenation treatment : It was a surprise your comment about rejuvenation treatment, since you already had one skin firming treatment on the neck with us. Regarding the face, on the medical consultation we explained to you, that first we address the Rosacea and then we proceed with any rejuvenation facial treatment. • Customer Service: Regarding the scheduling, we exchanged emails with you for the best scheduling according to your work plan (emails are available on request) and afterwards you were scheduling your appointments yourself on the same day on your visit. Actually, we cannot understand what you mean by difficulty on your scheduling, since you are the one who changed the appointment on 7/5/2025, while you were a non show on the last appointment on 12/5/2025 . If you are open to it, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to offer a re examination on all skin issues of concern and offer any extra information needed from your side.
