Hi Gary, It seems like you’ve been harassing not just our clinic, but several other clinics in the industry. This review is defamatory. It is untrue and unfair not to mention unkind. You contacted us enquiring about our custom hair replacement systems by email. We answered all your questions regarding the price and the process, even as you threatened us and were rude to us. We were transparent about everything which we always are with everyone who contacts us. Our prices reflect the high quality of our custom made systems and are not comparable to the cheap systems that can be bought elsewhere online. Our prices are also in line with other clinics that offer high quality custom made systems of which there are not many. We understand that you mentioned you would contact your GP for advice on what product you need, but as a GP is not specialised in hair replacement they would recommend a “wig”. They would not be able to advise on what materials or even what base you would need for a custom hair replacement system. You are not a client of ours and would not give us your phone number so we could not contact you directly to give you more information about the custom hair system design process and system or to book you in for a consultation. We haven’t met you before or even spoken to you on the phone. Also, you have only one review done under this name. Therefore, it seems to us that you are a competitor seeking to gain information on our suppliers through threatening behaviour or you might simply be a troll. We outlined our complaints procedure clearly to you. When you asked for the complaints’ procedure, as we are a small business we explained that complaints are dealt with by the manager and then escalated to the owner. Your emails were in fact dealt with by both the manager and were escalated to the owner. As a multi award winning clinic with thousands of happy clients from all over Ireland and from abroad, who we have helped transform their lives over many years, it is painful for us to see the lengths you are willing to go to, to damage our reputation and cause harm.
