On Satuday May 11th, 2024, I went for a service at 3:30pm. The lady that did my hair was nice and efficient, except, she put glue on my scalp only only and not on the hair piece, which I thought was odd since no one in my past 10yrs has skipped this process. When I asked her about it, she said it would be too much. The next morning, I woke up with the piece partially folded from inside and tangled with my own hair. I could not go to Mother's Day brunch in this state so I rushed to the salon to meet up with the owner to show him and have him fix it. When I walked in, the front desk lady told me she could not accommodate my request because I did not have an appointment. When I showed her the mess on my head, she walked in to speak with the owner and came out telling me the owner refused to see me and asked her to call the employee on her day off to come fix my hair. Mind you it was Mother's Day and I had a brunch to attend shortly after. The front desk lady said there is nothing she could do. When I asked for a refund for the service that did not even last 24hrs, she rudely said no. I was amazed that then owner refused to see or fix my hair and asked for his employee to come in on her day off. I am also surprised as how they have maintained this business for so long when the owner does not care about what kind of service I received and refused to refund my money. It has now been one week and they have not called me nor refunded my money. I am writing a complaint to the BBB and will take this to the higher up. Has anyone went through how badly I was treated by an owner?

I wish I could give more than five stars! This was the best experience ever and my hair piece looks so natural! I have been getting so many compliments it has really boosted my confidence. I was really concerned that it wasn't going to look natural or that the hairline would look off but it looks just like my own hair! Moti is absolutely amazing and I really encourage everyone to come here!
