I’d definitely recommend Juvida Clinic. I had my transplant 4 weeks ago today and everything has gone really well so far. The consultation with Nick was great and everything was thoroughly explained. The aftercare has also been really helpful so far as I’ve had Dr Riaz, my surgeons number so I’ve been able so ask questions all the time whenever needed. Nick and Dr Riaz have also contacted me numerous times just to check everything’s going well.

Poor aftercare and follow up after hair transplant lets this clinic down. The day of transplant was excellent, however I wasn't happy with the results. An area between my hair transplant to my hairline was left too visible & big (always visible since my transplant). The right hand side of my transplant was also patchy. Even 4 years after, Juvida offered a free top up surgery because the issue was obvious to see. But continue to deny it via email that there was an issue. Poor communication on the arrangements for the free transplant, led me to seek and pay for a hair transplant elsewhere. This hospital then pointing out the areas from Juvida which were poorly executed. So at first, Juvida was great. However the follow up and ensuring the customer is happy is where it falls down. Poor communication is the other issue. I'll post the photos shortly.

Went for my first PRP treatment today and honestly could not have been made to feel more welcome and put at ease. From the moment of been greeted at the door to throughout the procedure the staff were friendly and talk me through the full process. I had my transplant done with Juvida two years ago, as it was something I needed for my self-esteem and confidence. When I arrived, I explained the areas I was concerned about, specifically mentioning both my crown and hairline. Juvida assured me not to worry about the crown or the thinning hairs, advising that adding more grafts there could damage the existing hairs. With this advice, I felt confident and went ahead with the treatment, receiving 1,800 grafts. Now, two years later, the areas I initially mentioned—my crown and the area behind the hairline—are thinning badly, and my confidence is right back where it started. After spending £5,500, the fact that I now need the procedure done again is beyond frustrating. It feels like they did the bare minimum for maximum profit. I’ll need to go through this process again in the new year, but this time I’ll be going to Turkey, even though Juvida warned me that clinics there overharvest and use too many grafts. At least the results in Turkey seem to be impressive, with people not needing repeat treatments. My advice is to stay away from Juvida—it’s a waste of time and money. The staff may be lovely, but the service is terrible.
