Originally went to her but after learning more about hair systems and maintenance myself I wouldn’t recommend personally or professionally. I source my own hair systems ( I’m provided systems for content ) and I came in with a laced wig. She used glue on my head and it soaked through the lace into the hair system itself which was a massive red flag. Second time and last time I brought my partner just to take some photos of me before and after (just my own head and own system noting to do with her place) and I’ve never been met with such hostility as a paying customer I was told no or I could just leave. I decided to stay as I was already there and the passive aggressive noises and facial expression sealed the deal. She seems to be a person that if she hasn’t noting to gain from it she meets it with hostility Since I source my own systems that’s a massive chunk of potential money lost so I felt it was a tactic to disregard both hair systems in quality and cheapness as it wasn’t sourced from her (they are all sourced from Asia anyway) note I’ve been to other two professionals since that are a lot bigger customer based and they where amazed of the quality of the systems. So something doesn’t line up and in my opinion bad business practice The place itself is lovely and your in a room by yourself but that’s all that’s really going for it. Also having to pay cash in hand and not being able to use cards is a bit annoying.

Cannot thank Anna enough for all her help. She got an absolutely perfect match to my colour and the system came in and was fitted on the 27th of December straight after Christmas and just in time for new years. Been coming to KA for over a year now and it’s the best decision I’ve made! The girls are so lovely and excellent at what they do! The way they perfect the hair system to mimic your own hair colour/density etc never fails to amaze me🤩 I would highly recommend anyone considering a hair system to go them they’re the best in the business❤️
