A fantastic experience! I was worried about the process but they took a lot of time to explain the process and make me feel comfortable. The post operation care was excellent with regular check ins and constant monitoring ensure they were always by your side answering your questions and even now a year into i am still within their care through regular check ins. If you’re thinking about surgery and you’re nervous I couldn’t recommend Kensington hair clinic enough, they are professional, friendly and will give you fantastic results!

A year on now and I could not be happier with the outcome of my transplant. Dr Zaman and the team made me feel so comfortable and relaxed when I arrived on the day and reassured me of any issues I had. I had a total of 2600 grafts and the whole procedure took about 7-8 hours. When it finished, they gave me a care park and kept in touch over the next week to make sure I was okay. The aftercare of the procedure is brilliant. Trish was an absolute star and kept in touch throughout the year and gave me a plan to look after the transplanted hairs. Overall I highly recommend Kensington hair clinic for their amazing care and attentiveness to their patients. I am forever grateful to Dr Zaman, Trish and the rest of the team. Thank you!

Dr Zaman @ Kensington Hair Clinic comes with my (and my friends!) complete recommendation. I first met the team back in 2021 when I had a thorough consultation. No false promises were made - it was made clear that I would likely need more than 1 transplant due to the coverage I needed. The risks were explained clearly to me as was the importance of aftercare, the role of medication and PRP in ensuring a successful procedure. The procedure itself was remarkably easy and my only regret was the unnecessary worry I'd had about having the procedure - I wish I'd done it years before! The team checked in on me multiple times as part of their structured aftercare regime and I kept up my end with PRP. I recently had the second procedure I knew I would always need and it's starting to grow nicely now with the help of ongoing PRP. My results were so good that 5 of my friends have since had hair transplants with Kensington Hair Clinic, all as delighted as I have been with the results. I did my hair transplant surgery with Kensignton Hair Clinic in May 2019. Around 1,900 grafts were implanted and it cost me around £5.5k. The outcome of the surgery was very poor. Only, a tiny number of implanted grafts resulted in new hairs. And since the surgery, I’ve also lost a lot of these new hairs. I had a small donor area which has been completely wasted. I had three post operation reviews, most recently in Nov 2023. During all these reviews, the surgeons also agreed that the outcome was dissatisfactory. I have also had side effects from the surgery which I initially notified back in 2020. The operated area still often gets itchy, and swollen and painful whenever in contact with sea water. Due to the poor result of the surgery, I requested a full refund for which I received no answer. So, not only my donor area was completely wasted and there has been little to no improvement, I also still suffer from side effects of the surgery. I would strongly advise to stay away from this clinic.
