I had an awful experience here, on many levels, recently and I am only leaving this review because I filled out the form requesting to speak to a manager or salon owner last week, and no one got back to me. I also called the business WHILE THEY WERE STILL OPEN multiple times, and no one picked up the phone. To offer these methods of communication and not follow up with clients adds to my overall frustration and disappointment. As someone who works with people all day, I would say I understand people's emotions and can communicate better than the average person. Sometimes I expect businesses to take clients' concerns seriously as well but they don't always, and that's sad. I think I've officially given up on this salon. There is only a handful of friendly people here in my opinion: it's Patty, the women who wash and prep your hair, and one woman from the front desk. I'm glad other people have had positive experiences here, judging by most of the reviews, but I also feel validated to see that there are several people who had negative experiences like me.

Warm greetings from every staff member that you see. Staff immediately sees that you get checked in and updates you with a time frame if your stylist isn’t right out. Stylist is superb, friendly, efficient, informative, and professional. The hair washing was like having a massage! So relaxing!!
