Je ne laisse jamais d’avis en ligne, mais cette fois, je ne peux pas rester silencieux. Le service que j’ai reçu a été tout simplement catastrophique, du début à la fin. Fin décembre, j’ai décidé de franchir le cap et d’opter pour une prothèse capillaire. Dès la première pose, j’ai signalé que la couleur ne correspondait pas à mes cheveux naturels. On m’a pourtant assuré que tout allait s’harmoniser une fois les côtés rasés et que si c'était la bonne couleur. Quelques jours plus tard, je partais au Costa Rica. J’avais clairement précisé que j’avais besoin d’une tenue adaptée à un climat chaud et humide. Résultat : au bout de 48 heures, avec 90 % d’humidité, la prothèse se décollait déjà sérieusement sur les rebords. Sur place, j’ai dû consulter une clinique locale qui a immédiatement appliqué une colle bien plus résistante. Je n’ai plus eu aucun problème. Lorsque j’ai appelé la clinique à Montréal pour leur expliquer la situation, on m’a simplement répondu qu’ils utilisaient eux aussi cette colle… mais qu’ils ne m’en avaient pas parlé avant mon départ. Incompréhensible. À mon retour, on m’a offert une nouvelle pièce, car la ligne frontale de la première avait déjà perdu beaucoup de cheveux — ce qui était, selon eux, un défaut de fabrication. Mais cette nouvelle pièce avait une couleur totalement différente de la première, ce qui confirmait que la teinte initiale n’était absolument pas adaptée, malgré ce qu’on m’avait affirmé. Et c’est là que les vrais problèmes ont commencé. Pendant les quatre mois suivants, je suis retourné à la clinique à de nombreuses reprises. À chaque visite, je repartais avec une prothèse mal posée : des plis visibles sur la ligne frontale, des ajustements bâclés, et des discours toujours plus incohérents. On m’a d’abord expliqué que la forme de mon crâne posait problème, et que chez certains clients cela pouvait créer des plis. Puis, on m’a dit que je transpirais probablement beaucoup, ce qui compromettait la tenue. Pourtant, je travaille à domicile, assis toute la journée, et je transpire très peu, même en faisant du sport. Deux personnes se sont occupées de moi pendant cette période. Étrangement, à chaque fois que le monsieur le plus grand s’est chargé de la pose, le résultat était nettement meilleur — presque sans plis visibles. C’est à ce moment-là que j’ai compris : le problème n’était ni mon crâne, ni ma transpiration, mais bien un manque de compétence et d’honnêteté de l’autre technicien. Après avoir dépensé énormément d'argent sur Crescent, j’ai décidé de consulter une autre clinique à Saint-Eustache. Depuis, après cinq rendez-vous, tout se passe parfaitement : la couleur est cohérente, la pose est impeccable, et je n’ai plus jamais eu de plis. Visiblement, la forme de mon crâne et mon métabolisme ont miraculeusement changé… J’ai également consulté une autre clinique en France lors d’un séjour de plusieurs semaines, et là encore, tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. Aucun problème de forme de crâne, ni de transpiration.... Je trouve cela profondément irrespectueux — et même grave — de traiter les clients de cette façon, surtout lorsqu’on sait que cette démarche est souvent motivée par un mal-être personnel voir plus grave pour certaines personnes. J’étais venu chercher une solution, mais aussi un minimum d’écoute, de compréhension et de professionnalisme. Ce n’est absolument pas ce que j’ai trouvé ici.

At the end of December, I decided to take the plunge and get a hairpiece. From the first fitting, I pointed out that the color didn't match my natural hair. However, I was assured that everything would blend in once the sides were shaved and that it was the right color. A few days later, I was leaving for Costa Rica. I had clearly specified that I needed clothing suitable for a hot and humid climate. As a result, after 48 hours, with 90% humidity, the hairpiece was already seriously peeling off at the edges. Once there, I had to consult a local clinic, which immediately applied a much stronger glue. I haven't had any further problems. When I called the clinic in Montreal to explain the situation, they simply told me that they also used this glue... but that they hadn't told me about it before I left. Incomprehensible. When I returned, they offered me a new piece because the hairline of the first one had already lost a lot of hair—which, according to them, was a manufacturing defect. But this new piece was a completely different color from the first one, which confirmed that the initial shade was completely unsuitable, despite what I'd been told. And that's when the real problems began. For the next four months, I returned to the clinic numerous times. Each visit, I left with a poorly fitted prosthesis: visible creases on my hairline, sloppy adjustments, and increasingly incoherent speech. They first explained to me that the shape of my skull was causing the problem, and that for some clients, this could cause creases. Then I was told I was probably sweating a lot, which was compromising the fit. Yet, I work from home, sitting all day, and I sweat very little, even when exercising. I had two people take care of me during this period. Strangely, each time the taller gentleman did the application, the result was significantly better—with almost no visible wrinkles. That's when I realized: the problem wasn't my scalp or my sweating, but rather a lack of skill and honesty on the part of the other technician. After spending a lot of money on Crescent, I decided to visit another clinic in Saint-Eustache. Since then, after five appointments, everything has gone perfectly: the color is consistent, the application is impeccable, and I've never had any wrinkles again. Apparently, the shape of my skull and my metabolism have miraculously changed... I also visited another clinic in France during a stay of several weeks, and there again, everything went perfectly well. No problems with my skull shape or perspiration.... I find it deeply disrespectful—and even serious—to treat clients this way, especially when you know that this approach is often motivated by personal discomfort, or even more serious for some people. I came looking for a solution, but also a minimum of listening, understanding, and professionalism. That's absolutely not what I found here.

I was the only client today but the person who was supposed to help was not respectful to me, downgrading my person. I was already decided on the style. He told me that it was the only color they have now. He send less than 5 minutes in total during which He disappeared many times and I had someone to call him. He didn’t help me to choose the right color. He told me look for it yourself. When I decided to take that same color. He sold me the trying sample denying that he has a new one and I paid the full amount. I don’t recommend this store that they call clinic!
