This place is a SCAM be warned. Bad reviews speak volumes! I went in for what was supposed to be a promotional $80 facial. That’s the bait. Once you're in, they unleash the full pressure campaign. They did not honor the promotion since I could benefit from a $250 custom facial. I was there for 4 freaking hours getting badgered to enroll in their membership I didn’t ask for, and despite repeatedly saying NO, they pushed and pushed until I gave in — all under the false REASSURANCE THAT I COULD CANCEL ANYTIME. During the so-called consultation, I was clear that I wasn’t interested in any plans or memberships. But they ignored that completely. Grace, in particular, ran downstairs like a desperate salesperson to keep hammering the same sales pitch, even tossing “free” products to make it sound like a good deal. It wasn’t. Let’s call this what it is: manipulative, high-pressure sales tactics. This isn’t a med spa — it’s a trap.

This place is a predatory, high-pressure sales trap disguised as a spa. My wife and I came in expecting a peaceful, professional experience and instead were met with constant, manipulative upselling tactics from the moment we walked in. They repeatedly tried to force my wife into signing a membership, even after she declined multiple times. One staff member even pushed the form toward her as if she was obligated to sign it. It was invasive, coercive, and incredibly unprofessional. To top it all off, at the end of the visit, they tried to bribe us with a small bottle of vitamin C serum in exchange for a 5-star Google review. That alone should tell you everything about their priorities. This is not a wellness spa — it’s a sales scam. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your boundaries, money, and basic respect.

Did some skin tag removal here. I absolutely loved my results. The environment is very comfortable. The service providers there are extremely knowledgeable. I had 21 skin tags removed on my chest and neck. It was very quick and Efficient and felt no pain During the process. They did a phenomenal job.
