This was the answer I was looking for. The believable "after" result to restore all of our hair that we've all been seeing on Facebook/Tiktok/Instagram feeds. I am a relatively young male that started losing a bit early in life, with the Lifelike services, no one can tell. My mother, who would tell me to "take that thing off, it looks ridiculous," doesn't know that I wear one. As far as customer care, they're honest, transparent, discreet, easily reachable, attentive to any little request (I'm difficult) and completely fair on pricing. With how much I was paying for Toppix powder and hair regrowth, I'm basically spending a fraction more. Worth it. It's also a family business, so great thanks to Steve, Scott, Sayeda for her brilliant work over the last few years!

Usually recommend this place to fellow alopecia cohorts. Getting a hairpiece for the first time is usually a hard decision to make, and so is deciding where to get one. Professional ability and trust are two very important factors for people, like myself, with alopecia or something similar. My opinion is that LLH provides beyond expectations in both these categories, which allows me to feel confident in recommending them to people who are in similar circumstances or simply want a high quality human hair wig.

Extremely disappointed in the service received here. First visit the hair piece was falling off and not glued on properly. Was told pretty much it was not their fault, until the next service when the hairdresser said it was done wrong. After that service the hair piece then shed so bad before the replacement date that it looked like the piece was bald places and balding in others and was told again it wasn’t their fault. (The hair piece was taken care of exactly to specifications and rarely styled due to Covid making plans/outings non existent.) They added more hair but the piece was a light brown and the hair added was black and red. The next hair piece was at least glued on where it stayed attached but each time it had bubbles under it and didn’t fit right. Was told there wasn’t anything they could do. The piece also shed so bad by month three it look like the piece was bald in places and balding in other places. Literally almost $2,000 to look good for a month and slowly start balding all over again. This was supposed to help with confidence and happiness and all it did was bring stress as the piece fell apart. Then to top it off went in for a replacement right before Christmas, note again the piece was bald/balding so bad you could see the under side of it and tell it was fake, and at arrival they rush into a back room and tried to “clean the piece” instead of replacing it!! Called them out and they said the new hair piece was on back order!! Totally understand with Covid that can happen but they tried to hide it. They also can call and make sure you paid, when you did pay, but they can’t warn you a head of time you will be bald/balding for your Christmas photos! Will be looking into other places or just shave.

For years, my spouse went to a small shop in San Diego for his monthly cuts and replacement pieces. When the pandemic upended our lives in early 2020, we moved to Las Vegas to reduce expenses and wait out the pandemic. 5 hour trips to San Diego would no longer be an option, so we started calling places in the Las Vegas area. Moving is always a HUGE stress, especially finding experienced hair replacement options - he has scalp graphs, a surgery that hasn't been performed since the 80's - and finding stylists who understand the system are rare. We called several places before we called LLHC, but the moment they answered the phone, we felt at ease. My spouse has severe clinical anxiety and sometimes struggles with agoraphobia, which has been exacerbated by the virus. It was important we find a safe, clean place with compassionate, accommodating staff who not only understood his system, but could provide a calm, controlled environment for him. His former stylist in San Diego was burnt out and ready to retire. Many times we would have to re-style his hair in the parking lot before we could go about our day, and she struggled to match the piece in both cut and color with his real hair. In hindsight, it was time to find someone new. Scott and his father Steve own the salon, and have taken EVERY precaution - masks, gloves, sanitizer, social distancing, air purifier and cleaning in between each client. Scott is warm, friendly, and immediately put James at ease, and his first appointment was with Sayeda, who is an incredible talent, very kind and easy to talk to. I'm really not sure what magic she conjured, but the cut was PRECISE and when she returned with his refreshed piece and placed it into his graphs, we both realized it had been a long time since his hair had looked THAT good. We have been in for 3 services at this point, and each time we're amazed at the high quality of Sayeda's cut and style. On our most recent visit, one of his graph tabs came loose from his piece (it happens) and needed to be sewn back on. In the past, this has been a HUGE hassle - past stylists never really know how to measure, and we have had to return 3 & 4 times for them to place it correctly. Replacing the graph tabs has caused years of stress and frustration, not to mention discomfort. To our surprise, Scott made a simple template, traced the placement on the template, and quickly replaced the tab onto the piece and did it right THE FIRST TIME - it may seem small, but after years of fighting his system, it was a huge win to have Scott figure out the problem on the first try. Thank you Scott!!! It's such a relief to have found a REAL family owned business in the middle of Las Vegas - it's a warm, welcoming place with kind people who actually care about you and the service they provide...and to be able to maintain such a great level of service during a pandemic speaks volumes about their integrity and the absolute caution necessary to assure their clients. We're thrilled to find Steve, Scott and Sayeda and want to thank them for making our monthly visits something to look forward to again. HE LOOKS GREAT!!!!
