I got Keratin bond extensions done here and it was a nightmare. They were installed in large chunks and spread randomly throughout my hair. There was absolutely no pattern followed here, they were not placed in rows, and not symmetrical to the right and left side of my head. Even worse - when I got them removed they had to cut out most of my own hair because my hair had dreaded so badly from the install. I took care of them, never slept with my hair wet, and got every product they recommended. Any hair stylist I saw within this time, was appalled at how sloppy the install was. Not only that, it wasn’t cheap at all. She installed the entire head of extensions in a short amount of time which should have been the first red flag. My hair is still recovering from the removal. There was definitely no training involved at all here.

Luxe is the best - Tia completely transformed my hair (and self esteem!) after losing my hair to chemo. She was able to work with me through all stages of hair regrowth, making sure I always felt comfortable and happy with the process and my appearance along the way. The quality of the tape extensions is so good, no one can tell the difference between my real hair and the extensions. I truly do not know what I would have done without them over the past year+!
