I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service at your clinic. Appointments are consistently delayed, and I’m never seen on time. Additionally, I booked a laser session for a specific device but was surprised to find a different machine used without notice. The regular Candela laser also seems ineffective and has shown no results.
