Wonderful experience @ Manual thorough care and attention. I had my surgery 12 months ago and hesitated for so so long before I finally decided to go ahead. It is an incredibly daunting decision to make, but if I did nothing it was only going to worsen. I spent many sleepless nights worrying after having paid a deposit, many calls to re-assure me. But NEVER EVER pushed me, it was always my decision and 12 months on I do not regret it one bit, Dr. Raja, Louisa and the team were fabulous throughout. The care and attention I got really helped settle my nerves on the day, however, the hard work actually starts post surgery. The first 2 weeks are crucial and it is now over to the patient to take utmost care in following the carefully provided instructions. Support is always a call/text message away if you need on the go guidance, naturally there are lots of questions you will have but you never feel alone. I would really say to anyone who is thinking about it, test the medication first if you are combining (highly recommend to get maximum long lasting results). It has done wonders for my confidence and how I feel about myself. It is a choice now, whether you do something about hair loss or not. Dr Raja and his team are hairloss heroes they need their own capes (not made from hair).:D

I’m just over six months post-op (1900 graft FUE on December 24) and couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Khan and the team at Manual took excellent care of me—from the initial consultation, through the procedure itself, and throughout the months that followed. They carefully assessed my hair loss and confirmed I was a good candidate, and within a few weeks I was booked in. I chose the no-shave FUE option, and by around the 12-week mark, the new hair had already started to grow in strong. It blended seamlessly with my existing hair, making the regrowth virtually unnoticeable to anyone else. Now at the 6-month point, my hair looks thick and completely natural. Honestly, I’ve forgotten what it looked like before—it’s only when I look back at older photos that I realise just how big a difference it’s made. If you’re considering it, especially if you're looking to stay in the UK for treatment, I’d absolutely recommend Manual. It’s been a game-changer!

I am 12 months post-operation (FUE June 2024) and the procedure was 100% a success which has been the biggest confidence boost. I am very grateful to everyone at the clinic. The transplanted area (for me the front hairline area) seamlessly blends with the rest of my hair with full density and grows in a good direction. It is not noticeable at all that there was a transplant. The extracts from the back of my head entirely healed without infection or complication and are not noticeable. Dr. Raja at the Manual clinic is an excellent choice for a hair transplant which I would recommend to anyone. The entire experience from start to finish was caring, professional, and thoughtful, with attentive consultation, follow-up and aftercare. The consultation is realistic without false promises. All members of staff are friendly, very welcoming and well experienced. They are able to answer any questions. The procedure itself was in a state-of-the-art, well invested setting and you will be well looked after as a patient with an itinerary for your day. The most up-to-date technology for FUE is used in the transplant. There is readily available communication via email, video call and telephone. The nature of a hair transplant can be daunting and requires careful research. I preferred to do the procedure in the UK and this clinic turned out an excellent choice.
