3-month Post-Op Review (Brow Reconstruction, hairline advancement, brow lift) Dr. Mardirossian is an amazing master artist when it comes to facial surgeries. He is really one of a kind. I had brow reconstruction 3 months ago with Dr. Mardirossian. It was done absolutely to perfection! Comparing before the procedure and now, it's a complete transformation of the face. The best thing is that my face has been so very feminized, while looking completely natural. Browbone reconstruction: 5/5. Amazing. Very cleanly removed bony projection in the supraorbital area. Above where the brow bossing used to be is a round, feminized forehead. Brow lift: 5/5. Eyes appear open and give off very soft feminine expression, combined with the feminized forehead. Eyes became larger and now I have a slightly larger range of peripheral vision as a bonus! Hairline rounding & advancement: 5/5. Very natural, round hairline. His special technique turned my somewhat angular hairline into a round, feminine hairline. Side profile: 5/5. With the absence of brow bossing, combined with a soft, round forehead, it is one hundred percent female passable. Overall: 5/5. If I need anything I want fixed on my face, Dr. Mardirossian will definitely be my number one choice. It is magic. He is an amazing artist.

Mardirossian Facial Aesthetics is AMAZING and Dr. Mardirossian literally just changed my life forever and saved it too!!! I am so grateful and I know I can only give 5 stars, but I really want to give infinity stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨✨✨✨✨ because Dr. Mardirossian really made all my dreams come true and the results are even better than what I ever could have dreamed! I feel like my words aren’t enough to show how happy I am with his work but seriously THANK YOU!!! For so long I was so uncomfy and unhappy with my face. Now even just a week after FFS I am so happy with my face for the first time ever and I am OBSESSED with the results and love it so much!!!! 🥰Every day as the swelling goes down I love it more and more! And that is all thanks to Dr. Mardirossian and his incredible and beautiful work!!!!!!!! I’m so glad to have gone to the best for FFS and so thankful. Getting FFS had been my dream for so long but I was so scared that I would have to wait years, and I was even scared that I wouldn’t be allowed to get FFS at all because of my body type or that I’m so neurodivergent and different than a lot of people who get this surgery. But when I learned about Mardirossian Facial Aesthetics and Dr. Mardirossian’s amazing work I knew he was the one I wanted to go to, his sense of style is so beautiful and his skill is so amazing! But I was still scared, what if my face was too bad to be saved? It felt so good when Dr. Mardirossian told me my face actually did have feminine things, and I was so excited when he told me all about what he planned to do. I was so nervous and awkward when I finally went to Mardirossian Facial Aesthetics in person right before the surgery, but Dr. Mardirossian was so kind and understanding and so cool and confident and really made me feel comfortable. I was so scared inside about the CT scan but he even made it fun for me, and he asked me what things I wanted and I got to ask him questions too. You can tell he really cares and loves doing this, and you can tell that he has so much skill. Now the result is just what I wanted and so much better!!!! 😊 Dr. Mardirossian is such an amazing surgeon and such an amazing artist- I couldn’t believe how much he was able to make my face so feminine and so perfectly what I have always dreamed of but he really did it and I’m forever grateful to him. All the staff and everyone at Mardirossian Facial Aesthetics are just so amazing and nice! I know I can be kind of weird and awkward in person, but the whole time I felt totally accepted there and safe and that means so much to me, everyone on the team there is just so accepting and they have been so accommodating of me and of my family through all of this. I’m excited to go back there in the morning for my last appointment before going home! I hope it’s not too early to write this review but I will never forget my amazing experience with Mardirossian Facial Aesthetics and what Dr. Mardirossian did for me! Dr. Mardirossian is extremely professional, but also makes you feel at ease, listens, answers your questions, and doesn't make you feel as if any question is silly or too irrelevant to ask. These decisions are difficult and delicate and Dr. V and his staff understand that and make you feel at ease. Everyone is very friendly, yet you can tell they know what they are doing and put you first. I am really impressed with how the balance the science and logistics with your needs and feelings.

Talented and caring physician and staff. I am only about three weeks beyond my FFS and can already the beautiful new me coming through. Dr. Mardirossian and his staff have always been very kind, caring, and helpful...from my initial consultation to helping me file with my insurance, I never felt like I was in this alone. Dr. Mardirossian is both a skilled doctor and an artisan, and I am very grateful that I was able to have my surgery done by him.
