Bonjour à tous, J'ai choisi Max Hair Trans après avoir vu le résultat sur deux de mes collègues. Dès les premières demandes de renseignements Emma qui est francophone m'a tout de suite expliqué le déroulement et à su répondre à toutes mes questions. Tout à été organisé de façon remarquable et très détaillé, les informations fournies par Emma sont claires et précise, il suffit de suivre ses indications rien de plus simple ! Des mon arrivée à Istanbul prise en charge par un véhicule en VIP jusqu'a l'hôtel. Première prise de contact et accueil sympathique en plus de quelques conseils bienvenu. L'opération ( 7 heures d'intervention ) s'est bien déroulée, et toujours une réponse constructive à la moindre de mes questions, sans compter la gentillesse de toute l'équipe à qui je regrette de ne pas avoir su remercier plus chaleureusement, ils ont été disponible, serviable et très professionnel que ce soit du chauffeur super sympa, au docteur, à l'infirmière elle aussi francophone et d'une incroyable gentillesse en plus d'être compétente, toute l'équipe mérite un grand bravo et mes sincères remerciement pour leur excellent travail !

Je recommande cette clinique tout était top,l'organisation,la prise en charge des patients, le personnel de l'hôtel et de la clinique étaient très accueillants très souriants et très professionnels, de plus il y a un suivi après l'intervention,l'agente reste à notre disposition et à notre écoute pour d'éventuelles questions ou autres, jai accompagné mon mari pour un implant capillaire, il est content de son intervention car tous les espaces vides ont été comblé .
